• Very friendly staff.
• They did not have free internet connection.

“Our stay was very pleasant. We ate dinner in the restaurant at the hotel and the food was excellent as was the breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left my makeup bag hanging on the back of the bathroom door and they mailed it to me free of charge with no complaints. We've already talked about returning there when we return to Denver.”

• Breakfast service was more than adequate.
• Ours was nonsmoking room, but smoke came through vent in bathroom.

“When we complained about smoke problem, staff only sent someone to spray, but did nothing to talk with occupant of other room to not smoke in bathroom where vent shared our room.”

• The ambience was very nice.
• There was a volley tournament in town for middle school kids which made the hotel noisy.

• Rooms were spacious for children.
• The room service was terrible, rooms were dirty, construction taking place, staff rude.

• The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food.
• The maid came in to clean the room before we were checked out of our room.

“We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having two rooms so we could visit in one room while the children slept in the other room. Having two TVs with children was a plus.”

• Clean, 2 room suite, breakfast served every morning.
• Unsecured parking, expensive movies.

“This hotel was a very good choice for the money. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served every morning and it was very good and there was a lot to choose from. My only complaint was the hotel advertised secure parking and there was nothing secure about it, it was your average parking lot.”

“I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Denver, the staff was nice and there is a lot of extra perks to staying here. The free drinks in the evening and the free breakfast was awesome. If your looking for a romantic getaway or someplace to enjoy family time, this is the hotel.”

“We actually had a weekend that was relaxing and everything was up to par as always at as. This was the 1st time at this location and it was pretty equal to any as in town. ”

• Love the king suite, and the breakfast.
• The staff could be more helpful.

“I've stayed in other hotels with higher star ratings and user ratings than this one, but for the price, cleanliness and location, this one definitely gets my vote. A tip to those considering making reservations, ask for a room 5th floor or higher, as they are remodeled. My husband and I usually ask for a romance package, which includes dinner for two (restaurant or room service), chocolate strawberries, and champagne. The romance package, free breakfast, and free happy hour are so well worth the money...”

• Bathroom sink and shower faucets leaked.

• Our room was completely newly renovated. Full breakfast each am as well as Complimentary cocktails each evening. It was great!
• There was nothing I didn't like.

“I loved the whole set up of the hotel. The inside balconies looking down over the lobby. Newly renovated rooms, with bedroom and living rm. Two TV's and privacy if needed. Full breakfast each morning, cocktails w/appetizers of an evening. Gift shop in hotel to meet all needs, access to computer, friendly staff. I would highly recommend Embassy Suites.”

• Hard to find, somewhat loud when we were there.

• Dirty Pool Fire alarm at 5:00am.

“This hotel was nice and had a good breakfast the pool was dirty and the fire alarm went off at 5:00am on my last morning there. ”

• Friendly, helpful, clean, beautiful.
• Fire alarm did not work in room and no one helped us.

“We had a fire alarm at 5:30 AM and had to leave the hotel. Alarm went off in some of the rooms but on the 5th floor they did not hear it and remained in their rooms, I know as my aunt and uncle and cousins were in in those rooms and they didn't hear the alarm. Terrible.”

• The breakfast is awesome and the happy hour is great also. Big plus for us.
• They only allot 1 hour for adults only in the pool and hot tub, but didn't enforce it, so we had to be with kids.

“It was a nice hotel stay, but they didn't enforce there rules regarding the pool and hot tub at night. Also they didn't provide little shampoos and soap in the room, had to ask for it. Otherwise a nice motel. A little older, some cosmetic work needed in the rooms, but otherwise nice stay for the money.”

• Excellent breakfast included in price of hotel.
• Room (specifically the bathroom) could have been cleaner.

“This time, we made a point of asking for a remodeled room, as we have a baby, who has to take a BATH in the tub, can trip over loose carpet, etc. They seemed perfectly happy to put us in a "new" room. We were very happy with our room, the staff, everything! PS. We also appreciate that there's a mini-fridge in the room so we can keep a bottle of milk for the baby and not have to find some first thing in the morning for her!”

• The hotel rooms were suites with two rooms, very spacious. Complimentary breakfast was great.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“This was a very nice hotel. We travel with our five young children and the rooms were plenty big enough. The pool was great, the breakfast (complimentary) was great, the staff was great. I would choose Embassy Suites every time.”

• Suite was in terrible shape, though clean. Too old to be on a 3-4 star list. Needs complete remodeling.

“The suite was a great disappointment for a hotel billed as a 3 star. Remodeling the upper floors but not ours yet (3rd). Carpet terrible, bathroom old,furniture beat-up.”

• Clean room and rest of hotel. Breakfast had good select of items.
• Fitted sheets were not used on the bed, flat sheets were, and they don't stay on.

“Excellent hotel convenient to our destination. Nice breakfast, with choice of eggs cooked for you included in stay.”
