• Very comfortable and quiet and great shuttle service.
• Much older building showing its wear and only two tiny elevators.

“The hotel was fine and in the location we needed it to be in. This is the second time we used this facility and convinced friends to stay there with us also. They really dropped the ball this time by
not picking up our breakfast cards the night before in order to have our morning meal delivered. We never got any food from them that AM. For a diabetic, this is an important issue. We were offered a cup of coffee from the bar only, which we took.”

• I just wish you had a recliner in the rooms.

• Very nice rooms and facilities. Good location next to the Park meadows shopping center and not far from Denver!
• The pool was outside and something had happened down the hall from our room that they had to have carpet cleaners and dryers all weekend.

“I recently held my wedding reception at the Sheraton Hotel in the DTC area. We had numerous problems. During the planning phase, we were constantly having to call the coordinator about something that we received that was incorrect or other problems. When we tried to figure out how much alcohol we were going to pay for, we were given 2 quotes by 2 different people and the dollar amounts for the exact same products varied by hundreds of dollars. Over half of our wedding guests were out of town and wanted to stay at the hotel and were supposed to be given a special rate. The night of the wedding, the coordinator left and said if there were any problems to see the manager. The manager began cutting off people from the bar who were clearly not drunk. At one point, a guest of ours who had arrived late to the reception was told after one beer that he could not drink anymore. I was thoroughly embarrassed. In addition to this, the bar tenders were charging our guests for things like soda and bottled water those were supposed to be free. We were then charged for them and not knowing that our guests had been charged for them, paid it because that was our original agreement. When we came back from our honeymoon, all of our family and friends told us that they were charged for soda and bottled water. When we called the hotel to solve the problem, they said the bar tenders did not charge for soda. We have had several people tell us that there were even signs saying soda was $2. So the Sheraton bar tenders made extra money that night by charging guests, and then us. If all of this wasn't bad enough, at the end of the night, our hotel room on the club level wasn't ready (At 11:30pm). We had been guaranteed an early check in that day for 10 AM but when I showed up to get ready for the wedding, they said it was not ready and made me get ready in another room and then pack up everything and put it on a cart. So at 11:30 we were told all of our stuff had been moved to our room and given room keys. When we got up there, the room was locked and we had to go straighten everything out with the front desk before we could get into our honeymoon suite. Our guests that stayed at the hotel said it was one of the worst hotels they have ever been to and I would have to agree. I definitely will not be holding or attending any events there ever again.”

“But the interior lobby and hallways as well as rooms shows that Sheraton. The carpet needs to be replaced, many chairs need to be replaced as well, beds are wearing out, no valet service available.”

“This is a very nice hotel. We had been staying at Four Points Sheraton on Hampden in Denver. We had two awful rooms in a row. This Sheraton is very pretty and well maintained. My two stays here were very good experiences.”

• Tiny bathroom, not fit for two.

“Poor design. Tough to find the lobby and inconvenient parking for check in. Rooms are pleasant except for very tiny bathroom that is inadequate for couples and too small for this class hotel. Overall a good experience, but you can find better hotels in lower star rating range.”

• Upon request staff immediately provided mini fridge and microwave free of charge.
• Coffee mugs, drinking glasses were not washed - visibly. Convention weekend and only one elevator was working.

“Great location. However the room was not clean (i.e. coffee mugs and even provided paper cups had been used). Only one elevator was working and this was during the democratic national convention which made inter-floor access difficult.”

• I didn't like that we had no window to open, and I had to pay for internet and it didn't work at all!

“This was a comfortable, clean, and secure hotel. The fact that upscale hotels such as this require you to pay for all amenities is a detractor, but overall we were very pleased with both our room and the hotel.”

“Its a nice hotel. But $10.95 a day is not good for the internet is bad. Lower star hotels don't charge that much. They may have a one time fee for your stay or its free. That would have made the room better.”

• No breakfast, no microwave or fridge, unable to find "safe" parking at night.

“This hotel is definitely a business hotel. I was there for a skating competition a few miles away and just needed a room for one night, which was fine. Air condition was nice and cold (during a 105 degree weekend) but the room was very hot when the air would click off. Something (ice machine?) was making loud noises all night. Needless to say, I was very tired at my competition the next morning. Overall a nice hotel if you're planning on just checking in, sleeping and checking out early. Or having "business meals" elsewhere and not planning on eating a quick bite at the hotel. Convenient location in regard to I-25.”

• Room had 2 diff sized beds and was hard to keep cool.

“Really nice hotel. We checked in late and went up to go to sleep. I always sleep next to the air conditioner so we automatically chose that bed. It was a full bed and my husband and I were really hot and very cramped in the small bed. In the morning we noticed that one bed was a queen and the other was a full. The questions above asked about the cleanliness and the friendliness so overall yes it was good based on those questions. It was too warm in the room and I did have the air conditioning/fan on.”

• When we checked in we were given a double room, but were immediately switched to a King when I asked.
• The bathroom was so tiny it was almost dysfunctional.

“The desk clerk looked sullen when she asked if she could help me, but turned out to be helpful and even looked up the local movie schedule and called us in our room to tell us. The bathroom was ridiculously teeny tiny. You had to close the door to get into the shower, but with no bathroom fan you really needed to be able to keep it open. And forget sharing the bathroom to get ready in the morning. Found rancid coffee in the coffee mug on the dresser (it was covered with another clean disposable cup which was placed in it). Everything else about the room was great.”

• Desk staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
• The bathroom was a little smaller than expected. Also, we didn't appreciate the magazine with nearly nude photo on the desk in the room.

“The staff was very helpful and friendly looking out for our needs even taking us to use the computer on another floor when the main one was being used. Everything was so comfortable that we were sorry to leave. It was fun to be able to share a vase of yellow and white long stemmed roses from a 50th anniversary celebration with the desk staff.”

• The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan which made it difficult for more than 1 person to get ready.

“The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, so showers really fogged up the bathroom for a long time. Also, the A/C unit ran continuously (never shut off) and was louder than average which made it difficult to sleep or watch TV at a decent volume. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.”
