• Spacious room that allowed a family of four to spread out and be comfortable. Great ammenties in the room as well.

• Interesting decor.
• Heating cooling poor and noisy.

“Hotel is not marked fairly well so location can be missed easily. Room air conditioning didn't work well & made the room feel humid & musty (poor air quality). High speed internet was barely faster than dial-up. Free breakfast was adequate - nothing special with no hot foods besides toast and bagels forcing you to pay to upgrade order separately from the kitchen if so desired. Better value, quality hotels out there with the competition in the area.”

• My co-workers and I went down to the breakfast area an hour early, but the staff gave us coffee and bagels anyway!
• Not many options in vending.

“The Hyatt immediately felt luxurious when we walked in. I knew I would be taken care of by the presence of the foyer and the hospitality of the staff. Our room was spacious and came with all the necessary amenities. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay!

• Public space beyond the lobby was ordinary.

• Decor.

“Fantastic for business travelers because of location and room setup. We thought it looked like a Sushi Restaurant, which was not particularly appealing to us. Very modern; not particularly warm and inviting.”

• It was quiet. No excess noise from other rooms or hallway.
• The "new" one-cup coffee maker was messy. It sprayed water everywhere.

“The whole hotel made it their business to make sure we were happy with our stay. All the service was wonderful. Even the other customers were happy to help (loaded arms and a locked door). Just a great place to stay.”

• Plasma TV.
• Swimming pool too cold.

“Even though the hotel was in a remodeling phase, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was great and very handy with the children. The plasma TV was a hit. Swimming pool was too cold and not good for anyone, especially the children.”

• Microwave, Refrigerator, and Internet hookup in the room.
• The bed mattress wasn't as comfortable as most other 2.5 hotels.

“The staff was completely helpful and friendly, breakfast at the hotel was awesome and filling, the rooms were very spacious and had great amenities for a great price. My teenage son enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Parking was free and very convenient to the entrances.”

• The staff at the front desk were very polite and accommodating.
• Horrible , uncomfortable beds.

“All of the staff were helpful and kind. Certain things in the hotel need to be redone. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall and the beds were absolutely horrible. I am still in pain several days later. They were lumpy and there was no support whatsoever.”

“It seems to be a fine hotel for business and leisure travelers. The staff is courteous and helpful. There is relatively easy access from it to other parts of the Denver area.”

• Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
• The room I was in probably was ready for new furniture - the wood had some serious scrapes or veneer missing in spots.

“The hotel is located close to I-25 and is in a newer part of the Denver area. Several restaurants and scenic areas are located nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The expanded continental breakfast was excellent and they even provide free popcorn in the evening. As for all Amerisuites, a separate living room from the bedroom along with a built in bar with microwave and small refrigerator makes the place feel like a small home away from home.”
