• It was great!
• Asked for extra bath towels. When the worker brought them to us he was very cockier! Indoor pool was very cold!

• Room is big and clean, flat screen TV, close to freeway.
• Walls were too thin (heard plumbing and talking), charge for parking & internet.

“Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. The lobby and the public facilities are nice and clean. The staff is nice too. Our room was nicely decorated and big. (Wish the bathroom was a little bigger; can only fit one person at a time). Also like their service of check-in & boarding pass printing at the front desk; it was great! Only a few minor negative things about the place: 1) Walls are thin: we could hear next door's shower and conversation noise); 2) Didn't like how they charged $10/day for parking and another $10/day for internet connection. Since it's more of a business hotel, internet should come with the room; and since Denver has a lot of land (compare to CA), parking should be free!”

“Overall, this hotel was great. The only issue was I set the room temp at 68 and it did not get close to that. Maybe it was because we were on the 9th floor. Luckily we had a fan that we bring for the noise. Otherwise I would not have slept very well. Otherwise, everything else about this hotel was awesome!”

• The carpet in the room need cleaning or to be replaced.

“The hotel was convenient to the Tech Center. The rooms were nicely updated with a flat screen TV and granite. The bed was quite comfortable and my breakfast, ordered the night before arrived on time and was good.”

• The location and the price.
• The wall outlet that was for a night light was broken and there were shards of glass on the floor (very small amount) and the door stop was coming out.

“My family and I have stayed in this hotel several times. It is a very nice establishment. We always recommend to all of our friends and family.”

• It was a wonderful hotel, great location and very clean.
• The majority of the parking spaces were in a parking garage you had to pay to park in.

• Lobby/decorations very nice.
• Room service- dessert ordered was very small and not as described in menu. Not worth the $20 for dessert and a glass of wine.

“Nice atmosphere. Have to walk through entire hotel to get from parking garage to rooms. Has nice pool and hot tub. Room service lacking in quantity for the price.”

“Very nice overall. Parking was a slight problem. Had to park in the garage or pay $18 for valet. My key card would not let me out of the garage, so I have to call for help. Rooms were nice, but little on the small side. Public area was nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

• I loved the morning newspaper delivery and the food service was really nice.
• I did not bring my laptop and to use one of their computers for guests coasted money. Many hotels I stay at have guest computer access free.

“I would stay there again anytime. For the price I was shocked to get such a luxury hotel. Service with a smile. Terrific gym, pool and tub. The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Very friendly staff, great room.
• First time I have been forced to pay $10 per day for internet access. I do not recommend!

“This hotel is a 3 star hotel. Everything was great except charging $10 per day for internet access. I have never stayed at a quality hotel that charged for access. I felt like I was being nickel and dimed. Also, I kept having problems with the key to the room and parking garage. Not recommended.”

• Fantastic all around hotel in every way.
• We really couldn't find anything that stuck out as negative.

“We arrived and the staff readily took all our belongings to the room. The housekeeping did a bang-up job of keeping our room clean and tidy (they even come late if I forgot to take off the "do not disturb" notice on the door handle. It was convenient to all major highways in Denver; so everything was very accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would come back to this hotel again.”

“The hotel has an excellent location. Just next to I225 and I25. Very easy access to travelers. The room was very clean and nice. LCD TV, very comfortable bed. It was just very annoying that we had to pay $10/day for parking, $10/day for internet and $15/day for breakfast. In other places near by all of that was included.”

• There was a day that my carpet in my room wasn't vacuumed and a bath mat was not left. The soda machine was broken & I had reported it.

• The front desk staff was rather rude, and argued about our having a room for 2 nights.

• Toilet height.

“Stayed over a Saturday night while taking a class. Way more amenities and comfort than I would have expected for the star level. The bed was very comfortable, with a warm comforter and numerous pillows. The only critique, and it is minor, is the toilet was about 2 inches too high. I'm 5'6 with long legs and it was noticeable. I imagine a shorter person might find more discomfort.”

• It is not Downtown.

“Stayed in this hotel for the 2008 Frozen Four. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They would shuttle you over to the light rail any time you needed. Having to pay for parking and internet access is wrong. Why not charge extra for hot shower water? My perception of Hyatt Regency is now set very high, compared to standard hotels.”

• It's a very nice hotel with a nice pool, lobby and lounge.
• I thought an automatic $18 was high to valet the car until I found out it cost $10 to park it myself.

“I stay at this hotel almost every time I go to Denver. It has a nice lobby, nice pool & workout area and nice bar. They have remodeled the rooms since last time I was there and they are now done in a nice contemporary style. Parking is a little pricey. Couldn't find any free parking. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay.”
