• They should offer guest a the option of having humidifier in the room immediately.

• We liked the quietness of the room.
• The bed was a little soft for our liking.

“Our hotel stay was very pleasant and we would certainly stay there again, but navigating the Denver Tech area is not the easiest. We found the hotel very accommodating in helping us find our way in/out of the area. Even though we weren't charged the $10.00 per night parking fee, we thought those possible charges weren't warranted.”

“Very nice hotel, clean, would stay again. They have their own parking garage but you have to pay to park in it, which I believe is an unnecessary expense since only guests with hotel keys can use it.”

• Very clean and good location.
• Price of Wireless Internet.

“Hotel was very clean and quiet. The view from our room was good. We had no problems at all during out stay. We requested a king bed, but received 2 double beds. Not a big deal. Parking garage was attached to the hotel. Mini-fridge in room was nice but did not get very cold. Weren't a lot of channels available on TV, and again, not a big deal.”

• Very comfortable bed, excellent lighting, friendly staff.
• Swimming pool could have been a little warmer.

“Excellent location for visiting South Denver area. Hotel very up to date, comfortable and staff seemed very well trained. Room service was also excellent and Sarah's Pantry had great snacks and coffee. I know this seems like a lot of excellent but it's really true.”

• The hotel was incredibly beautiful and the staff was always wonderful.

“Many travelers might like this hotel but it did not suit me. Pillow-top mattress with a duvet was a bit too much. The energy-saving light bulbs saved a tad too much energy. The only bar was a sports bar and it was full of jocks, both staff and customers. The restaurant is in the open, in the lobby. As a solo traveler, it looked like I was on display. A group's dinner meeting was held in the lobby too; I did not need to hear their speaker speak. Self-parking was a bit of a hassle too. Paying for internet access and parking.”

  and shutle to five mile radius to restaurants, coffee bar in hotel.

“The Hyatt was conveniently located. The staff was friendly. The location seemed safe. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The room came with a refrigerator and an automatic clock which was useful since I stayed during the daylight saving time change.”

• Beds.

“Unless you got some extra money, don't stay here. $5.00 for just a bottle of water. There wasn't many people the days we stayed so they denied us our free continental breakfast. Too much trouble for them. Asked them to then just give us some food from the restaurant and they responded it would be $10.50 each and it would only be things like cereal that we could have. However, the beds were excellent.”

“Hotel restaurant and lounge prices were excessively high for the quality of food and service that was received. Gated parking garage was unattended and there were numerous vehicles that could not get through the gate. First time we stayed there. Was our 35th wedding anniversary.”

• The overall cost to value ratio. Extremely fine hotel. Great amenities.
• Limited parking. Underground parking facilities are a hassle and at $10.00 a day, somewhat off-sets the great value of the hotel.

“Very fine, modern, almost luxurious, hotel. Terrific fitness center. The breakfast buffet is top drawer. The staff is among the best in Denver. The hotel covered parking forces you to walk a significant distance to reach the lobby. That is the only negative.”

“Short trip form up north (only about 75 miles) and found a jewel in the rough! Staff was amazing...eager to please, willing and able to offer information and suggestions about the area. Room was beautiful (I understand they recently renovated/upgraded). Clean bathroom (a rarity in the travel industry), accommodating staff and even a manager (Human Resources Director?) who helped me with dinner reservations when the concierge was busy!”

• The decor was great.
• The desk person was very rude.

“They only had a room with a double bed left and were quite rude about it. When I tried to call the front desk because the TV would not turn on, I was put on hold for five minutes and finally hung up.”

• Beware of internet services in business center.

“I was very dissatisfied that such a great hotel would fail so poorly in providing internet access for hotel guests in the business center. The service that contracts is a Swiss Company, and the first thing they do is block $60.00 out of your credit card. They claim this is printed in the screens, but at 50 cents per minute, it is difficult and expensive to read the fine print. Although my charges were on $8.50, my bank charged me an additional fee for an international transaction. The company is Swiss Com and they also provide an incorrect toll free number.”

• They are not pet friendly.

“Rooms are deluxe in nature, quiet, private. Hotel staff (all of them) are very friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Breakfast buffet is all one could ask for with eggs, meats, fruits, French-toast, etc.”

• The front desk went out of their way to make stay very memorable.
• I can't say that there was anything we didn't like.

“Our stay at the Hyatt was amazing. They upgraded our room. Later when we returned to the room after eating at the sports bar in the hotel we had a nice surprise of chocolates and Champagne with a note from the front desk with a note saying congratulations. The room was large with a king bed, a flat screen TV, desk area, and sitting area. The room was very clean and I can see how a business traveler would like the desk set up. We will definitely be returning in the future.”

• This is a beautiful hotel with everything we need for our travel needs.
• Refrigerator not in room. Was not told the parking garage was an extra charge.

• I really liked the fact that everyone acknowledges you by name.
• The floors in the room were a little dirty but the bed makes up for that.
