• It was so pleasant, so friendly, so great and warm. It is closed to everything,I will come back again.

“Most hotel in Denver area charges parking, WiFi and every little amenities. This place is awesome,there are lot of free parking, nice warm jacuzzi, free all you can eat warm chocolate chip cookies. We felt like they like us there. Everywhere we went we were greeted with friendly smiles, I couldn't wait to get back to the hotel every night to relax.”

• 20 minute check in, and was not given promised accommodations.

“Horrible experience! I called early in the day to request a double bed and was told no problem, only to show up to a single bed and no other room options for a family of four. This was after waiting 20 minutes to check-in, even though there was only one person in front of me. The clerk kept leaving the desk for several minutes at a time. The manager gave us breakfast coupons, but I don't plan on coming back to sleep on their floor again. While complaining, I overheard that the staff had just double booked and given keys to a customer to an occupied room. I wasn't impressed, to say the least!”

• The Staff was Outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
• I enjoyed everything about this hotel. Even the Internet was free!

“The staff of this hotel was outstanding. Everyone was so helpful and thoughtful. I stayed for 6 days while exhibiting at a 4 day show. I had to ship packages out and had packages shipped in. This can be an arduous task, but the staff made everything flow with ease. Even the housekeeping department was wonderful and took care to meet our needs.”

• The staff was very friendly and I felt welcome as soon as I walked in.
• The lady working in the gift store ignored us the whole time we were in the store because she was on the phone. Very poor customer service!

• Our room and the bathroom were both small.

“The staff seemed extra helpful and friendly. I appreciated the beautiful bed linens and very comfortable bed. Everything in our room and the lobby looked very new, sparkling and clean. My only wish is that our room and the bathroom had been bigger, but that's almost always how I feel in standard hotel rooms.”

• Friendly staff, and good location.
• The smoke free room smelled smoky. The hot tub was cold, the sauna did not work.

“It was a nice hotel except for the smoke free room smelled strongly of smoke (perhaps cigar). We put on our suits and went to the hot tub, but couldn't get in because it was way to cold. The pool was too cold for us and the sauna did not heat up either. I could not recommend this hotel.”

• The room was large and comfortable.
• It is on the corner of 2 very busy streets. You can hear a lot of noise.

“The rooms look better than the outside of the hotel and the hallways. If you get a "beautiful mountain view" you also get a view of the very run down neighborhood the hotel borders by 2 streets. Once it gets dark I would not venture out.”

• Comfortable bed & nice indoor swimming pool.
• Free internet was not included.

“We like how large the hotel was. The staff was helpful and the room was nice. However, it would be nice if free internet would be included for all guests. It was expensive to purchase otherwise. Most hotels offer free WiFi. The other thing we didn't like was that the maids came too early. Some people do sleep in past 8:30 am. Otherwise the stay was a positive experience and we would do it again.”

“A pleasant surprise to see the renovation after not seeing the hotel in many years. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The shuttle was a welcome sight after driving all day! I loved going out to dinner and not having to drive.”

• There was a slight problem with our room, but the hotel staff (front desk and maintenance) were extremely pleasant and helpful!
• Out of two rooms, one had an air conditioner leak and the other had a humming noise so loud it rattled the TV.

“The Doubletree Hotel Denver in Denver, CO has a business atmosphere, but everyone we encountered there was extremely laidback and accommodating. Our rooms were somewhat busy (decoration wise), but nice none the less and the beds were quite comfortable. The pool and hot tub are easy to find and the lobby is spacious and beautiful as well. The downside to the hotel may be its dining as our meals seemed lack-luster at best and frozen food section at worst. I would highly recommend the hotel, but for dining.”

• Having my little dog with me and taking a morning walk in Stapleton was great!
• Checking in was slow.

“Wonderful location close enough to DIA and I-70 but right in the beautiful new suburb of Stapleton, with a park, shopping and dining just a walk away. Lovely rooms with comfy linens. The best part? I could bring my Pomeranian with me!”

• The lobby was always full of people even after 11:00 PM. Good for the hotel though!

“I had a good stay at this hotel. I was in town on business over the weekend, and needed to have my office accessible, but I was able to spend most of my time in my room working rather than at the office. It was ideal and a very enjoyable atmosphere.”

• Soft, cushy beds and down comforters.
• Housekeeping did not clean our room until we called.

“This is a very nice hotel. The lobby and entry areas are very upscale and accommodating. The delicious cookies at check-in are nice too. The pool was open late which was wonderful and the beds- ooh la la. The only complaint I had was our room was not cleaned until I called the front desk at 5 PM. It then took housekeeping over an hour to get to our room. Other than that, our stay was great!”
