• The front desk agent was extremely helpful in accommodating our stay.

“The weekend started out as a romantic overnight getaway, but we inherited two 9 year-old girls in the interim. The front desk agent got us squared away with an upgrade to a room with a fold-out couch and all 4 of us were quite comfortable. The pool was great and the breakfast brunch on Sunday morning was incredible.”

• Staff was awesome to help me with a container for my daughters foot soak, way above the ordinary.
• Construction going on the whole week.

“Other than construction, and a mishap with air conditioning not working, the hotel was a superb place to stay. (They moved us to another room when air conditioner was looked at by their engineer).”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. Comped me two breakfasts when they found out how were overcharged.
• The lobby, but I think they were under construction and this may change.

• The room was attractive and the bed was very comfortable.
• The lobby was being remodeled and there was no hot tub.

“The rooms were recently remodeled. The rooms were attractive and very comfortable. Not a big room, but an ok size. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the big screen TV. The hotel is in an office park, busy during the day, but quiet at night and on the weekend. The staff was accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel after they finish the lobby remodel. Construction can be noisy.”

• The room was recently renovated, which was good, but it smelled like all new carpet and paint.
• There was construction going on while I stayed there which was very disturbing.

“I think this hotel will be nice once it is completed, but they really should not have anyone stay there while they're renovating it.”

• The staff went above and beyond her call of duty.
• The construction, pool was cold, no shuttle service.

“The front desk clerk, was absolutely FANTASTIC! She went above and beyond her call of duty. The staff was very friendly, including the door greeter. The lobby coffee was out and was immediately refurbished in minutes (after commenting no coffee.) There was no shuttle service available due to high volume of party guests. I had to take the rail light line to my destination 10 miles away. I had to walk a mile to get to rail line. That would be the only negative about my stay. Overall, the room was very comfortable and inviting. The breakfast room service and food was excellent.”

• It was nice close to the freeway great people and nice rooms.
• There was some construction going on but other than that it was good.

• The room was great, the hotel was under construction.
• I had to drive around the building twice, just to find the entrance.

“The room was very nice, comfortable bed, nice flat-screen TV, good bathroom amenities, but, the hotel is under construction. The parking is atrocious, and, if I didn't know Denver, I would wonder if it was safe. The entrance for registration is hard to find, and not well signed. The elevator is extremely slow, and the workout room could use some updating. The indoor pool is nice, though.”

• The beds and pillows were so comfortable that we fell asleep at 8 p.m.
• It was great. A little construction but nothing to hurt our experience.

“This was a great hotel and we got a great deal. The hotel had a little construction going on so the restaurant was not much. The room was fantastic. It was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed having the fitness room available.”

• The hallways and rooms were clean.
• Has no lobby. Advertised entrance does not exist.

“Nice rooms, but first floor, elevators, and make-shift lobby were all very shabby. We would have not selected this hotel had the listing been accurate. To enter the bar or restaurant, one must leave the building. Poor, very poor.”

“This was a good experience for us. We just like to get away once in a while as a couple. The food was delicious, the fitness room adequate, the bottled water was free - it was a very nice experience but we wished there would have been a hot tub.”

• The bar.
• No service what so ever. Snowed one day and all services shut down.

“Reported problem to staff. They responded that they would take care of the problem. They did not. When we complained the next morning, they said there was nothing that they could do and that we needed to talk. We did. Nothing has been done yet.”

• The large, clean bathrooms and quiet rooms.
• Access to the hotel was a little difficult at first, but was nice to not have all the traffic with it's out of the way location.

“I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Denver. It's location has great access to Park Meadows Mall and Downtown.”

• It was clean, and for the price a very good value.
• The breakfast was pricey for what they served. the lady at the check in counter was a bit rude, and mumbled, hard to understand.

“It was a very nice hotel, we felt safe in the location, the lady that was working to front counter at the time we checked in was a little rude, she also mumbled and was hard to understand. However the other staff was friendly and nice. The lounge was a disappointment thou.”

“My family only stayed for few hours, though, the hotel left a great impression on each one. My husband left his cell phone in the room the departure day. At night, I called and left a message for the person in charge of Lost and found. The next day, when I called to find out more about the cell phone, both the person in charge of rooms and the office Manager were very polite and helpful. The cell phone was at the front desk. It was promptly sent back to our address in Kansas via mail courier. As soon as we received it, I called the hotel and left a message for the Office Manger. He called us and double checked we received it. Excellent service. Thank you very much and we certainly will recommend friends and family to stay in your hotel.”

• The mattress was firm and comfortable.
• It was in very poor repair.

“The hotel has the potential for being a nice stay. My opinion would be this is poor management. I have felt more welcome in a Super 8 than here. The furniture was in poor repair. The plumbing did not drain. The exterior lights were not turned on upon our arrival so we entered under a dark port'cochere and into a poorly lit lobby. If a free night was offered to make up for our poor experience, I'd turn it down.”

“The walls in this hotel are very thin so you could hear people talking and walking in the corridor and also you could hear them talking. This happened all hours of the night and was pretty disturbing.”

“Our stay at the Windham in the Tech Center was great. The staff was very friendly and engaged us in conversation. The dark wood in the lobby and the rooms was a very nice touch. My only complaint is a minor one, we could hear a baby crying through the wall of our room. It was only a minor nuisance, and could happen at any hotel. The Windham is in a great location for those doing business the Denver Tech Center. We enjoyed our stay immensely.”

• The management staff was very accomodating.
• The regular staff was uninformed. The 2nd floor was filled with smoke.

“This hotel was very smokey (poor ventilation) and when we received two double beds for my husband and the traveling companions we took with us, the staff did not mention this. It would have been greatly appreciated if the front desk staff would have told us up front, not wait until we were shocked and staring at the beds in our room. The front desk staff lied and said there was nothing they could do "the hotel was booked full." We later went down and asked for a manager and they immediately put us into two rooms with king beds.”

“Hotel not set up for family atomsphere. By Requested amenities not in room upon arrival. Had to pay extra for a rollaway matteress. Staff not attentative to customer needs. Breakfast and survey cards in room already completed & left by previous guest. No comp breakfast. Overall stay awful. Waste of money.”

• The location
• It was noisy and the restraunt had no cooks on when it was supposed to be open.The workout room was BAD!

“This use to be a great property but now we could see that it has gone down. The grounds are not as kept, the restraunt has strange hours (cooks gone when it is still open), and the workout room really shouldn't be called that....there are two old bikes and one stairmaster. I don't call that a work out room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
