• Personnel, decor and lovely linens.
• Do not yet have wireless Internet connections and the other system did not work.

“Recently remodeled with lovely decor. I loved the feather pillows and soft linens, something one does not generally find in a hotel of this rating. Personnel were extremely courteous and helpful, often times going out of their way for the traveler. Could not have been happier, even in a fancier place. Nice size rooms with full kitchen area.”

• Hide a bed makes a good 2nd bed.
• Keycard system did not work adequately.

“Overall, everything was adequate. However, the keycard which worked for my room door did not work 80% of the time when I needed to enter the building. It was a huge inconvenience.”

• The sign from the road was hard to see.

“My son and I traveled here for a college visit so we were here all weekend. It was very comfortable, clean, accommodating and I liked the neighborhood that it was in. Lots of stores and theaters Easy access to freeway. Loved this property and will definitely recommend and/or return! You will not be disappointed.”

• The heater came on every 15 minutes the toilet was broken.

• It was cheap, clean and spacious.
• I liked everything about this hotel and especially the price.

“I paid $22 a room each night for a wonderful room. I had teenage children with me going to a state final football game. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms where clean and comfortable. My bed had a nice quilt on it, the bed was soft and had lots of pillow. We purchased 2 rooms for 2 nights and I would love to get this bargain again.”

• Large space, silk flowers, kitchen accessories, adjoining rooms, clean and well-maintained! Lovely!
• There is nothing that was not to our satisfaction.

“This is a wonderful hotel if you need a place to camp out for business or leisure. Each spacious room features a nice coffee table and desk, plus sofa, mini-wingchair, and desk chair to accommodate several guests. Wireless Internet and parking are free, and the building is secure and conveniently located. The kitchen features full-size fridge, plates, silverware, pans, utensils, etc, plus dishwasher, detergent, and even paper towels!”

• We had problems with the Ethernet connection.

“Other than not being able to access the Ethernet without our calling the tech assist, everything was pleasant and most acceptable during our stay. Again, cleanliness and helpfulness of staff made our stay delightful. Having a full kitchenette allowed us to cook and eat in when our schedule was very hectic.”

• Had a full size Fridge, and all of the pots and pans if we needed to cook.
• Hard to find because of the construction, and they didn't have a sign by the road, both were missing.

• Noisy at times because of close bus stop, thinner walls (could hear people in next room), no radio

“Overall stay was nice. Room was clean, bright. Our room was close to a bus stop and at times was noisy from the buses. Walls could be thicker or more soundproof. Exercise room was nice. Coffee available in lobby at all times and sometimes cookies, too.”

“I also stayed at a 4 star hotel during this vacation, and the Townplace Suites had a much nicer room than the 4 star hotel. The staff is friendly but minimal, and first assigned us to a room that was not yet cleaned. However, I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.”
