• Cleanliness of buildings, guest laundry; helpfulness of staff.
• We had problems with the Ethernet connection.

“Other than not being able to access the Ethernet without our calling the tech assist, everything was pleasant and most acceptable during our stay. Again, cleanliness and helpfulness of staff made our stay delightful. Having a full kitchenette allowed us to cook and eat in when our schedule was very hectic.”

• Great location, close to campus, comfy beds.
• Would have likes movies available for purchase in room.

“I really enjoyed my stay the rooms were huge and the beds the best. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would have liked a gift shop for small purchases snacks, soda.”

• Cleanliness; lots of natural light.
• Feather pillow.

“Security access good; room layout excellent for longer stays; staff very accommodating. Really enjoy the convenience of kitchenette.”

• Had a full size Fridge, and all of the pots and pans if we needed to cook.
• Hard to find because of the construction, and they didn't have a sign by the road, both were missing.

“Very nice once we found it. We drove by it 3 times. Excellent value.”

• exercise room, kitchen facilities, laundry facilities available
• Noisy at times because of close bus stop, thinner walls (could hear people in next room), no radio

“Overall stay was nice. Room was clean, bright. Our room was close to a bus stop and at times was noisy from the buses. Walls could be thicker or more soundproof. Exercise room was nice. Coffee available in lobby at all times and sometimes cookies, too.”

“I also stayed at a 4 star hotel during this vacation, and the Townplace Suites had a much nicer room than the 4 star hotel. The staff is friendly but minimal, and first assigned us to a room that was not yet cleaned. However, I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.”

“The staff were very nice and helpful. The room smelled of smoke, although it was a non-smoking room. Nice area, nice hotel.”
