- I was very pleased
with the hotel.
- I asked the front desk to have the room cleaned when I went out in the morning, when I returned several hours later, it was not cleaned.
“I thought this was humorous, when I arrived there was a sewing kit on the tray in the bathroom on the first night, the next day it had disappeared, never to be seen again.
I wish the hotel had provided a shower cap.”

- Structure, room, beauty.
- Service in many ways.
“Her top was short and we could see her stomach between her paints and top. The guy at the restaurant/bar had a broken hand which means he wasn't washing it. After we order drinks he went back to the bar and sprayed sneezes all over the area. No friendly greeting what so ever. The hotel charged someone else's room in my card.”

- Very friendly and helpful staff, they make a big effort to please.
- Somewhat isolated location.
“The have a helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is not adjacent to shopping but they have a shuttle that will take you to the nearby Cherry Creek mall and restaurants and other locales. No add on for parking fees is a bonus. Clean and comfortable rooms. We had a problem with a bathroom fixture. I would stay there again. Only ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent.”

- The room and bed were very comfortable.
- The bath tub was very average and when I stay at a four star hotel I want something extra special.
“Not a great location in Denver, but it is comfortable and had a great bed and television. Everything is done well, but there is nothing that sets it apart while other four star hotels in Denver do provide something special.”

- Hotel is recently renovated. The rooms are beautiful.
- The exercise facilities need maintenance and updating.
“Fantastic hotel. The rooms have been recently updated and are beautiful. Great staff. Good location. No pool (tough with kids). The exercise facilities need to be updated and better maintained. I am surprised that catering to business travelers, the exercise facilities weren't nicer and more accommodating -especially for a Loews. There is the option to pay $15 and go to a nearby gym, but not very convenient. If the gym isn't an issue, however, I highly recommend the hotel. The restaurant is supposed to be fantastic, although we never tried it.”

“Defining this hotel as being in Cherry Creek is a complete falsehood. It is a 30 minute walk to the Cherry Creek shopping district. Checking into the hotel, immediately you will suspect that a makeover is past due. The staff is nice.”

- Courtesy car only travels a 5 mile radius with exempts airport pick-up. 1st room was not clean, but the staff quickly switched our room.

- I had a bottle of cologne stolen from my room by the cleaning personnel.
“I enjoyed my stay until I arrived home and began to unpack from my trip. I noticed that I was missing my bottle of cologne. I am 99.99% sure that I did not leave it in the room, as I do a thorough search before departing. I have contacted the hotel management for further resolution. Unfortunately I will not recommend this hotel to anyone for future lodging.”

- From the bad neighborhood that surrounds it, the hotel is an unexpected surprise.
- Needs remodeling or rooms, towels were like sandpaper. Overall needs facelift.
“We live in Vail Colorado and sometimes travel to stay overnight in Denver. Having stayed there over the past few years, there have been no noticeable improvements in the property. It is an old and tired property, as a result, not at all befitting a 4 star rating. In addition, this hotel is a poor relative to the other spectacular Loew's properties. For example, rooms are tired, stained wallpaper, old mattresses and towels that are like coarse sand paper. Restaurants and staff were excellent, However; I think Loew's should dump this property for a Holiday Inn or something of that caliber.”

- The staff goes the extra step to make one feel welcome and respected.
- The rooms are in need of renovation, particularly the linens, the carpet, the furniture and the bathroom.
“The hotel meets all expectations with the exception of the stale odor in the non-smoking room. That was quickly remedied by a deodorizing machine. I love how quiet this hotel is and how incredibly helpful and respectful the entire staff is with the exception of the accounting and rate management staff.”

“Loews's is considered a 4 star hotel, and although the lobby and public spaces are nice, I think the hotel needs some updating. The bedside lights were burned out in the room, the drain in the sink didn't work, and the room service food arrived cold on three separate mornings. To me, this shows poor management. No one is attending to the details. Also, the person in the room next to me blasted his TV all night on one night, and the management did nothing about it.”

- No wireless in the room should have been free also the shower had no water pressure at all.

- The person that checked us in was very short with us just gave us our keys no other info.

- I loved the elegant old fashioned decor and the fireplace in the lobby.
- The lobby rug really needed to be cleaned; it detracted from the otherwise beautiful place.
“The room was large in comparison to other 4 stars I have stayed at. The decor was fun and elegant (it reminded me of the Disney tower of terror; 1920's is elegance). The internet is an extra ten bucks a day, but the parking is free. Why is it that with the cheaper hotels you get free internet and the nicer ones you have to pay?”

“More of a business hotel. We ended up on the second floor, which had a view of the 1st floor roof to A/C units. No view of the mountains. Expect a drive to downtown/riverfront and Invesco (we knew that going into the stay) About 1.5 miles from the Cherry Creek mall and shops. Staff was pleasant but not overly helpful.”

- It was for daughters 16th b-day which I told them before check in nothing special done or given.
“I had called the day before we were to check in to request a non-smoking room & 2 full size beds & to also let them know that this was for my daughters 16th birthday. I got the non-smoking room 7 2 beds but for a hotel that prides itself on "teen" friendly service, all she got was a "happy birthday" at the check in desk.”

- Internet service was "down" the whole time.
“This is a slightly out of the way business hotel; very large and with full service. The staff is attentive and friendly and everything is clean and functional. It is reliable if not exciting. During my stay the internet service was down which created problems for me, not least not being able to print a boarding pass which proved to be a problem when I got to the airport.”

- Not a thing.
“The room was very nice. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I need tickets for the cubs Rockies game ten minutes later I had great seats. A very nice hotel I will stay here again.”

- The beds were comfortable.
- The carpet was stained, the paint was peeling and the bathtubs are small.

- Very customer attentive went the extra mile.
- No pool or hot tub. Should have for this star rating.
“Great hotel. Very customer friendly. All staff would go the extra mile for you. Should have a pool and/or hot tub or more rooms with a whirlpool in them.”

- Staff was very nice. Hotel was clean; mini-bar was well-stocked, with Fuji water available.
- Food quality was poor in some cases, waitress did not deduct bill for returned items. Internet was not wireless!
“Friendly staff. Clean. Internet was not wireless, beds were comfortable, amenities plentiful, and restaurant service, charges and food were uneven.”
