• Everything was great!

“The staff was very helpful and nice. Location was great. Lots of wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had our baby with us and we had a crib sent to our room instantly. I would love to go back and stay longer.”

• Beautiful rooms, great service.
• Valet parking was the only option.

• Did not have a whirlpool tub in the room, food was a bit pricey.

• Hotel did not provide airport transportation.

“Nice hotel, nice rooms; the hotel does Not provide airport transportation and if your in town when it is hot beware that the air conditioning doesn't work very well.”

• luxurious bathroom, but all superb
• parking very expensive-easier to street park

• Friendly staff, good valet service, beautiful bathroom
• Should offer water conservation participation by not washing linens if stay is over one night; other hotels do.

• We had to stay in a smoking room. We requested non. It ruined our trip.

“Great hotel, but the smoking room made us sick and ruined our trip. Nothing like getting up feeling like crap from cigarette smoke, when you don't smoke...”

• great location, service, comfortable rooms
• Limited parking, valet only real option, $22/day

“Overall great experience and great price, but they didn't have non-smoking room when we arrived, so we had to pay $20 extra for concierge level. We will stay here again because of great location and service.”
