• Public spaces are nice, room was comfortable and attractive.

“This hotel was a very good value for the price I paid. The public spaces are very attractive, and the rooms are spacious and very nice. The beds are very comfortable, and we had a partial view of the mountains from our room. Excellent stay.”

• Surprise! you have to pay for parking. Surprise! you have to pay for internet

“Seems like a convention hotel for smaller orgs, with lots of rooms and business people milling about the lobby. Location is good for downtown, and the room was nice. Good desk for working, with nice view of Front Range and downtown. Didn't like the surprise that they want $25+ to park your car in their garage (across the street is cheaper), and another $10/day to get access to the internet. Front desk staff was kind of bored with me when I checked in. Wireless phone in room nice idea - if only it were plugged in and charged. But generally a nice place to stay if you get discounted room rates.”

• Very nice accommodations, the room was clean and spacious.
• The only thing
  I didn't like was the no continental breakfast.

“It would have been nice to have even a small continental breakfast. The view from my room wasn't exactly wonderful, but I loved that there was a Starbucks attached to the hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was extremely comfy.”

“Very good business hotel but for personal vacation travel it was not as much of a bargain as I had planned (which was my own fault for not planning better). The cost of parking and the lack of a continental breakfast made up for the money I saved. I should have stayed outside of town.”

• Fantastically friendly staff. Went out of their way to help us - even when we were away from the hotel.
• Lobby bar closed early, and the full bar was very small.

• We left at 4 am to find another hotel is was so disruptive.

“I paid additional money for an upgraded room and the components of the room were poor, and the staff placed us in the middle of a floor with a single wedding party. No peace at all. To the credit of the staff we were contacted and offered a free nights stay, we will take the opportunity.”

• The front desk staff was insincere with no eye contact, correct words, poor delivery.

“Our stay at the Grand Hyatt in Denver was very relaxing. We asked the concierge about a dinner restaurant and she was right on. The close proximity of the downtown area was convenient and overall it was a great experience.”

• The staff was excellent. The bed was wonderful.

“This is an excellent hotel. It was my anniversary and they upgraded us to a corner view room. They also sent up complimentary champagne and strawberries. The bed was amazing. We slept like babies. All of the staff was great. Also, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We will definitely stay again.”

“The room was very nice with great view. Staff was friendly and professional. Only complaints was that there was a dirty towel in the corner of the bathroom when we arrived and that they had a water bottle on our bill that we didn't drink, but that was quickly removed when we explained that during check out. Overall I would definitely recommend staying there.”

• Cleanliness, convenient, friendly staff. Use the valet parking. Well worth the money.
• Didn't have a shuttle service.

• Two double beds, couldn't get a king - pipes rattled in shower, bar staff inefficient.

“We have stayed at the Grand Hyatt before and had a lovely time. This time we couldn't get a king bed (they comped the parking fee), the pipes in the shower rattled and we waited 15 minutes in the bar without an order being taken.”

• Convenient to downtown locations, clean.
• Across the street from hotel and outside our room was a construction site with jack hammers starting very early in the morning, loud construction noise.

“Although the room was discounted, it should have been discounted more and they should have informed us that there was major construction going on across from our room. The jack hammers started very early in the morning and continued until almost dark. Not happy. Also, we stopped in the bar for a drink our first night and no one around to serve. After 20 minutes or so someone finally appeared.”

• Everyone was so friendly and very accommodating.
• Would have like a fridge to put my pop in, this one was full of items you had to pay for.

“This hotel was awesome! The room was huge, mine had a walk in closet. Tons of pillows on the bed. The pool was amazingly warm and the hot tub wasn't bad. The lounge was very cozy and the food was great. Everyone was the friendliest. I'd recommend to all my friends and family.”

• The flat panel TV was very nice.
• The requirement to use your room key from 6 to 6 for guest room floor access was annoying.

• Spacious and comfortable rooms.
• Location is on the edge of activity. If feels like you are a block or so away from unsafe neighborhoods.

• Staff is very friendly and knowledgable.
• Parking garage next door is terribly expensive.

“This is our second time staying here and we always enjoy it. We can walk to the 16th Street Mall and there are plenty of things to do. The staff is very friendly. The only downside is the parking garage next door is owned by the city and they gouge you. It cost $14 every time we parked there whether it was an hour or overnight. It's better just to use the hotel's valet parking.”

• The cost for parking was a little high as well as wireless internet use.

• The bellman was pushy about wanting us to valet!

“A great experience. The desk clerk sent a tray with wine, fruit, desserts, cheese and chocolate to our room with a card to welcome us and to celebrate my 3 day belated birthday. Amazing!”

• It was like being at home, no worries, and everything was taken care of.
• I paid 30 dollars for nachos and a turkey sandwich. Windows had locks on them.

• The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was very helpful.
• There was nothing about this hotel that we did not like.

“This experience was everything we expected from a Hyatt and more. The staff was eager to help us and attentive to our needs. The lobby was inviting with gorgeous flowers. Our room was spacious and clean and we had a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable with a nice down comforter. Also, the pool facility and sundeck was a great bonus. We look forward to staying here again.”

• Location in downtown Denver was nice.
• The parking was $26 per day.

“The location of this hotel is great for walking to 16th Street Mall and Larimer Square. The parking was very costly. We could hear the woman in the next room on her phone through the air vent and the traffic noise outside woke us up early in the morning.”
