• A full-on Starbucks in the Hotel Lobby. And a very comfortable bed!
• You have to pay for internet access

“Pretty much what you would expect from a downtown business hotel. The rooms are nice but corporate. Exercise room and lap pool are a very good. Easy access to downtown Denver activities.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• There was a pubic hair in the shower and the fire alarm sounded off at 4:30AM.

“I expected better cleanliness. a pubic hair on the shower floor grossed me out and due to dirty vents according to hell employees, that's what made the fire alarm go off at 4:30 in the morning. Never again will I stay there again.”

• The location.
• The ice machine and carts keep us awake. You could hear Everything from the room next door.

“The hotel was wonderful! Very clean and friendly. However the walls are too thin. You could hear the people next door. Staff were very loud pushing he carts down the hallway very early in the morning. I think that the ice machine ran all night. Great time, just remember to bring some ear plugs!”

• Beautiful rooms with tasteful design.
• No parking available had to go a couple of blocks over to park.

“Great service very nice accommodations, romantic, great soaps and shampoos, great room design, so many places are cheesy and this one is more wonderful.”

• Lack of access to the hotel all one way streets.

“I thought the hotel was very good, clean, and friendly, and they were very helpful in giving directions. The one way streets gave the hotel very limited access and that is what I did not like.”

• The staff was friendly and the hotel very clean and nice.
• Valet parking was $24.00 which I thought was rather steep since it was downtown and had little other parking available.

“Very nice exercise and pool area. We recommended a lot of people to this site for our bridge tournament. We convinced at least five other couples to stay there. That is a high compliment.”

• Front desk staff friendly. Not particularly knowledgeable, but willing to ask.
• Rooms decorated nicely, but bedspread on one bed a little dirtily.

“Very nice, for the most part. Stayed five nights. Room not cleaned after fourth night, but housekeeping was sent promptly after a call to the front desk.”

• Very nice location and cleanliness was great.
• No parking!! We had to pay extra!

“The hotel itself was nice. The only thing that we didn't like is that we were forced to Valet our car, or find a parking garage elsewhere. The cost for parking was $24.00.”

• Flexibility to let me keep my car in valet parking past checkout time for no additional charge.
• No name on the hotel! It says MCI on top, but says Marriott only down at street level.

“Hard to locate by car, since it never says Marriott any higher than ground level. Convenient to 16th street mall, a fine pedestrian zone full of shops and restaurants. Staff was great about letting my car stay in valet all day for just the 1-night charge.”

• The decor and service was of high quality.
• The rooms tend to be on the small side.

“Overall, this hotel was excellent. The only negative thing about the hotel is the size of the room. But if you are not planning on staying in the hotel during the day, you will not even notice. The rest of the elements of the hotel more than make up for the small rooms.”

• The windows opened and it was a non smoking room.
• None.

“The hotel was very clean, had lots of amenities, walk able to most everything and had courteous staff. The rooms were comfortable and had many accessories for business and recreational users.”

• I could not believe the atmosphere,cleanliness and overall appeal of this hotel-it was superb!!
• The room was fairly small but I have no complaints.

“What can I say about perfection. I travel a lot because of business and you will have to go far to find a better hotel. The staff was helpful, the rooms very comfortable and a bed that was out of this world. First rate in my opinion.”

• Forced valet parking at twenty-five dollars a day.

“The location is very convenient to the sixteeenth street mall, Coors field, the capitol, The Pepsi center, the arts district, and shopping / clubs at Larimer square. Fine restaurants with an eclectic appeal abound. The room is very comfortable and clean. The only negative was the forced valet parking. They claimed to have self parking, but then they only offer valet parking at twenty-five dollars per day, which does not include tip. I wouldn't have complained if they had not advertised self parking because the valet is very convenient.”

• It was a great experience for us, as we were meeting our daughter and preparing for her wedding.
• The only negative was that our rental car was parked some distance from the hotel which caused a minor wait upon check out.

“The room was great, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. I would consider a future stay if in the area in the future. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• The parking was inconvenient. While valet was excellent, I would have prefered going straight to my car.

“The hotel was great with a restaurant (which we didn't utilize) and a Starbuck's. Parking was slighty inconvenient, because they didn't have on-sight parking and valet was the only option. All-in-all, it was a good experience.”

• right in the heart of denver we were thrilled with the location
• we had to pay 23.00 to park our rental car, very $$ since we were flying out the next a.m.

“We were very happy with hotel thought it was only a 3 star we were getting but i would say this was a 4 or 5 star hotel. will use again most definitely.”

• I was very happy with the convenience and location to the nearby attractions. Also, we enjoyed the meals we ate at the hotels' restaurant.
• I would have liked to have had a refrigerator in our room and the parking took us a while to find.Pricey breakfast menu.

“This hotel was in the heart of Denver.It was easy to find, conveniently located near family attractions and had a great staff. There was no need to go elsewhere to dine and we enjoyed the facility.”

• The swimming pool and exercise area were top notch.
• One of the bellmen was extremely pushy, and practically demanding that we utilize his services, when it was our choice to carry our own luggage.

“The hotel was clean and pleasant. The price was great. I don't feel that I would have stayed there at their regular rate. Parking was difficult and valet service was extremely high priced comparative to other nearby parking facilities.”

“We had two rooms reserved. The first one my daughter was in had a leak in the bathroom and the floor had inches of water on it. The staff immediately moved her, and even agreed to an upgraded room on the concierge floor.”

“Everything was great! The room service food was very good, and the staff was all extremely friendly. I also liked that there was a Starbucks on the first level of the hotel as well as a convenience store. Great stay! The only area for improvement that I can suggest for the hotel is that I wasn't able to get a receipt from the hotel for my room and taxes charges.”

“The Denver Marriott was just lovely. The rooms had double sheet lined quilts. Very Clean and well appointed rooms. The only negative was the valet parking. Very expensive and they did not offer overnight parking without using their valet at $18 per day.”

“The Marriott Denver City Center was a fabulous hotel. I could not believe the quality and service of this hotel for the price. It was in downtown Denver only 2 blocks from the great 16th Street mall area.”
