• The convenience of being in the heart of downtown.

“The staff was friendly & very helpful. The hotel was clean & cheerful. I would come back here the next visit. The $22.00 per night Valet parking was worth the money. Once you get a feel for the city it's fairly easy to navigate back to the hotel.”

“Upon booking this hotel I immediately called and ask for a room with double beds since my husband and I would be traveling with our two children. We were told it would be no problem and that they would make a note of it. At 5:00 when we arrived we were told by the manager, that the only rooms available were rooms with a king bed but he would send up a roll away bed and the couch was a sleeper. Further the hotel manager, said he did not have to honor our request since it wasn't available. He was very apologetic and convincing.”

“This is Hotel is a great place to stay in the center of downtown. Free Mall shuttle, everyting you could ask for. Nearby dining, shopping and great people watching from an outdoor cafe. Bar and restaurant at this place is awesome.”

• Good location.

“Pay $22 per night to valet (the only parking available) and they park your car 10 ft away uncovered. We also found curly black hairs in one of the extremely cheap towels they provided in the bathroom. The shower could not maintain a consistent temperature and the curtain was too short for the tub. A noisy ice machine in the hall kept both me and my friend awake for many hours.”

• Clean, attractive and well appointed.
• No smoking in the hotel. Had to go outside at late hour when the homeless low-life were out in force and be bothered by them.

• I loved the carpets - they looked new and expensive. Very beautiful.

“The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and I loved the security at the elevator. The Christmas decorations were spectacular, and the brunch was reasonably priced and included an extensive fruit and croissant bar - bread baked fresh on the premises every day.”

• Great rooms and great location.
• No self parking. Only valet.

“The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is great. The location is superb. This is a great place to crash after a long day (and night) in Denver. The hotel only has valet parking which can be a pain if you come and go a lot. But the valet crew were speedy and friendly.”

• It was in the heart of the Denver nightlife with easy access to where I needed to be.
• The hotel desk clerk spoke so fast I barely understood him. You have to pay for parking!

“A fantastic location with beautiful, high-ceilinged rooms! The major problem with this location is the exorbitant rates charged in the area for parking! No one told me it would be cheaper to valet park my car than to use the parking garage a 1/2 block away!”

• Located within short driving distance of parks, etc.
• Very crowded room!

“Room was very crowded and only had 1 bed. We had to pay an additional $20/night to park our vehicle at the hotel parking lot. Had no swimming pool - which is always a bummer for the children! Had no complimentary breakfast at all (which really adds to the travel expenses)! The only good thing about this hotel is that it was located within a very short driving distance of all places that we visited (parks, zoos, etc).”

“The only negative is that they charge for parking. Quite hiding the parking fees from users! If a hotel charges extra for normal things like parking, extra towels, resort fees and simimlar hidden cost then hotel should reveal it. The Courtyard itself was a nice hotel and was better than I expected. But Marriott usually does pretty well, so I shouldn't be surprised. Overall my experience was very positive except for the hidden parking fees.”

“I would definitely stay in this hotel in downtown Denver again. It was walking distance to the Pepsi Center and that was the main purpose for our trip. The staff was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions! The parking valets were extremely helpful also. Would definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting downtown Denver.”

• The staff was professional and courteous.
• The room next door had an very loud escort the first night.

“The staff was very helpful. We did have a loud event in the next room. When we called the front desk at 3:30am, they were immediately helpful and the problem was resolved. The location was great for getting around Downtown. We would consider staying in this hotel again and would recommend it to our friends.”
