• The breakfast was excellent.
• The water in the hot tub was way too hot.

“Everything about the hotel was very favorable and we will definitely stay here again. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The lobby offered two computers with free internet. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. My only complaints are, there was not an exercise room and the water in the jacuzzi was so hot that I couldn't stay in more than 5 minutes.”

• Location was very convenient.
• Pool was
  very cold.

“I would stay here again. Price was reasonable, rooms clean and up to date. Pool/spa area nice although pool was really cold. Located close to shopping, restaurants, and the area which I was visiting.”

• We had an end room on the back side, very quiet.
• We had small problem with credit card charging twice.

“We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Mostly it was set back from busy street so not noisy. Staff at desk was friendly. Good stay!”

• Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Spa didn't work, but they had it up running by day two.

“Good motel. Rooms were huge and beds comfortable. Ambient noise at a minimum. Did not hear traffic on nearby Harmony Blvd. Location was perfect for the trip.”

• Nothing.

• The room was large and well furnished. It was clean and attractive.
• It did not have an exercise room.

• Good hotel for the price. The rooms are larger than a standard hotel room, with a sofa & coffee table separated from the beds by a sub wall.
• The entry/ lobby area is small and not attractive - but who cares? We would rather pay for a comfortable room instead of a fancy lobby.

“There are much nicer hotels on this street, but this hotel is the best value we've found on the south side of Fort Collins. The bedding is attractive with modern duvet covers, but the sheets are noisy whenever someone moves (they are probably a low thread count). The stiff sheets were the only thing we did not like. The two queen beds were comfortable and we liked the larger room with additional sofa area that this chain provides. Breakfast included waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. Desk staff was very efficient. Did not try the pool or hot tub.”

• Clean, comfortable, all the necessities.
• Narrow hallways, small elevator, room colors.

“This hotel is very nice, provides all the needed accommodations including a pool and hot tub for the kids. It is easy to find and located across the street from an IHOP, although the hotel provides a nice breakfast which will include meat starting April 2006 as we were told by an employee. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the divided rooms provide a little more space. The hallways and elevator are a little on the cramped side, but still provide function. For a functional stay, it served our purposes very well, though I would not recommend for recreational travel unless your time in the hotel would be limited. The price was very satisfactory for it's function. I would recommend using this Comfort Suites.”
