• Free parking.
• The business center has only one computer so if some one set I have to wait for coupled hours.

“The good thing in this hotel they have free parking, but the things that i did not like the business center has only one computer so if some one set I have to wait for coupled hours, I have been waiting until 1:30am to use the computer.”

• Nicely decorated.
• Lots of noise from upstairs during the night.

“This was a nice hotel. The only problem was that we were on the bottom floor, were able to hear the people above us pacing their room, opening and closing doors, etc all through the night.”

• The beds are so comfortable. Guarantees a good night's sleep.
• There is no continental or complimentary breakfast available.

“Very nice hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. We had a sliding glass door that went to a beautiful courtyard of shrubs & flowers. Beds are wonderful - through the Denver Mattress Co. Definitely would stay there again.”

• Clean, attractive, friendly service; very, very comfortable beds with extra pillows.
• No free continental breakfast.

“Though we only stayed one night, we enjoyed the hotel a great deal. The desk personnel were very friendly. Our room was clean and attractive, with plenty of space for our needs. The lobby offered a sitting area with fireplace where I read the next morning so as not to disturb the later sleepers in our party. It was great.”

• it was extremely comfortable and set up for business travel.
• The only thing that they provided for free was coffee and tea.

“Mostly quiet (exception of stomping feet upstairs on one night that lasted for two hours!) Clean, staff not overly friendly. Two mistakes made on breakfast billing. Overall excellent for the price paid.”

• Breakfast at a 2 1/2 hotel should be free not $9+ a person.

“It is OK, my key card failed 4 times and had to be rekeyed. The key would let us in the room but not the hotel. The card failed on the room 1 time. Breakfast at a 2 1/2 star hotel should be included. Nice Comfy beds, nice air conditioning. Pool was small, but had a nice courtyard and Gazebo. This is
more like a 1 or 1 1/2 star hotel.”

• Clean and the bed was just right/not worn out and cheap.
• Needed more help to run the breakfast area. One young girl is not enough!

• The staff was friendly manager during morning was exceptional.
• Only stayed one night.

“The front desk was friendly and helpful. The business manager in morning went out of her way to assist with extra towels, directions, advice etc. She is a tremendous asset.”

• Local phones were .75, Breakfast was 9.00

“We were looking forward to our stay but were somewhat disappointed by the way that every little thing was extra. Even a bottle of water in the room was another 2.50. I have stayed in scores of hotels and never have I been in one that charged you to make a local phone call from your room. The lobby breakfast was misleading as you think it is going to be complementary as most hotels are, but then you find out that is extra too. We would not stay there again. For the money, we should have gone to Holiday Inn Express across the street.”

• Very clean, Very comfortable bed!, lots of pillows, great breakfast selection, nice eating area.
• No refrigerator in room, one little microwave right by the front desk.

“The courtyard Marriott was a newer facility with a pleasant color seem It was a nice size with only two floors and not too spread out. The room was nice though I would liked to have had a refrigerator.”

• The staff was outstanding especially John.
• The neighbor pounding on the wall because we had our TV on late at night.

“They really made us feel good and went out of their way to make our trip pleasant. Several of our group had rooms at this hotel and they all felt the same way. Then when we wanted to have a pot luck in the dining area, they welcome us and our guests. It was a great time for our parents for the State Basketball Contest.”

• Free internet, nice court yard, desk person (Michelle) very helpful.
• The room itself was nice, however, the furnishings were old and the sofa very worn.

“The hallways are long, the room furnishings are worn, free coffee but you have to buy breakfast and that is the only meal served. Free internet but only 1 computer. Ok hotel but spendy. The Marriot was the same price and far superior. The employees are very noisy, talking constantly to each other and rather loud. Clanking dishes, vacuuming during breakfast.”
