• The most comfortable bed and great hot tub!
• There wasn't anything I did not like about this hotel.

• They made up a double batch of sapodillas with honey for take-out.
• Long, long walks to rooms.

“It's a beautiful facility with spacious rooms featuring down comforters, luxury bedding and towels. Each room is set up for Internet access and there is a workout room, an indoor-outdoor pool, business center, and lovely restaurant and lobby.”

• Staff was always willing to assist with any problem or answer any questioning with a smile.
• Problems with room key not working correctly.

“I enjoyed my stay there and was always treated with courtesy by all the staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and enabled me to get a goodnight sleep.”

• The beds were the most comfortable that I have ever had.
• There was nothing we did not like.

“We asked for a king-non smoking room. "No problem," the receptionist said. She gave us a handicapped room on the top floor. Breakfast and orders were served at times during the day. We could check our E-mail easily and they even had Fox news!”

• The room we had was large. Plenty of room to spread out.
• The carpet was very dirty. The bathroom floor was also really dirty. Maids need to be more thorough with cleaning.

“Nice area in FT. Attractive lobby and restaurants. Pretty good except it could be much cleaner. One bed had stained sheets and the bathroom was not very clean. All staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• Very clean and nice.
• Problems with their repaving their parking lots (I'm currently on crutches, extra distance was not preferred).

“Hotel is very nice and definitely satisfactory.The issues we ran into had to do with their erpaving of their parking lots during our stay there. In addition, their policy of locking you out of your room at the checkout time (with out any kind of notification) was very frustrating. Finally, when checking out, in seeing that I was on crutches, the front desk offered help in loading up our car. When I indicated that it would be very helpful, he indicated that he didn't know if anyone was available to assist. I ended up loading the car myself.”

• I was pleasantly surprised by the caliber of hotel - staff, location and amenities All Excellent!
• They were sold out the 2nd night -- I would have added on a night.

“The Marriott Ft Collins is walking distance to the mall, short drive to many major shopping stores - great pool area -- yummy Starbucks -- what more does a mom with 2 kids need????”

• The pool was closed and being referbished. By the time we left it was reopened.

“The lobby was lovely. The staff were very accomodating in giving us a larger, quiet room. The only thing I would have liked more was complimentary internet at least for one night stays.I would go back in a heartbeat.”

• The gift shop attendant was always out - even during posted hours of operation.

• Since the hotel was full I was given a room on the concierge level. This was an added value since it included freebreakfast and evening hors d'oeuvs.
• The room carpet was not properly vacuumed, there were crumbs on the floor from previous guest

“I would stay there again if booked with the savings. The hotel was convenient to the university, where I had to work.”

“Probably the best hotel in Fort Collins. Centrally located and with reasonable rates for a Marriot, this is probably your best bet when staying in Fort Collins. Both onsite restaurants make good food and I can recommend the Marriot Burger for only $7.95.”

• The room was beautiful and very comfortable.

• The gal at the front desk, was very kind, sent balloons and cake for my 4 yr old birthday.

“The front desk person, greeted us, and acknowledged my son birthday, and surpised us by sending cake, candles, and balloons up to our room. I did not get the woman's name but she was awesome. She needs a raise.”

• Great staff, nice large room, covenient, late night lounge

“The Fort Collings Marriott is centrally located giving easy access to all points of interest. The hotel staff are very friendly and most accommodating. Rooms and baths are large, well equiped to meet today's demanding traveler while providing a warm and cozy home felling. The bar & lounge is open late and provides a relaxing atmosphere for friendly conversation. Definitely one of the two top hotels in and around the Fort Collins area.”
