• The bed and linens were fantastic. Comfortable and soft.
• The air conditioner is Loud. But drowns out the noise of the traffic.

“The best thing about the hotel is the comfort of the bed and linens. Helpful staff. Clean surrounds. Could have had more to offer in an automatic dispenser for a late night snack.”

• The staff was outstanding and the price was right.
• The location is a bit off the beaten path for Denver.

“Although this hotel obviously caters to the business traveler, general manager and his staff made my family feel more than welcome at this clean, well kept hotel South of Denver. Our room was neat and offered two comfortable double beds, a desk (with WiFi) and ergonomic chair, a Gideon Bible, a lounge chair, foot stool, and a coffee maker with all the amenities for the grownups. While most guest undoubtedly used the high speed Internet access (both in the lobby and in the rooms) to check business e-mails, find meeting locations, our family could download and print out directions to the Denver Zoo. While my wife and two kids didn't utilize the workout center, we all spent a great deal of time in the pool next door. The hotel personnel were extremely friendly and helpful, customer service was at a premium here. Many recommendations were available for places to eat nearby the hotel, but breakfast right there was outstanding, a wonderful selection of food in the buffet, made to order eggs and omelets. We had a wonderful time at the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Southwest/Lakewood.”

• Well kept rooms. The maid service was excellent.
• It lacked a restaurant.

“It was central to what we planned to do while on vacation. The staff was very friendly, greeted us when we returned to our hotel, were extremely helpful with directions, dining and attractions. The location was beautiful and the landscaping was well done.”

• Most comfortable beds! Clean, quiet room. The family enjoyed it.
• Kids hockey team in the pool.

“Nice comfortable pillow top beds. Clean, quiet, modern rooms. Close to shopping. It was an enjoyable stay for the family to travel to Denver and do a little shopping.”

• Comfortable lobby, good hot coffee and friendly staff.
• Having our room overlooked and finding damp towels and unmade beds one night.

“Tucked right alongside 285, the Marriott Courtyard was the absolute best location for our recent visit to Colorado. Staff was warm and helpful and the facilities well-kept. Bed linens were upscale and mattresses, well a dream.”

• The beds and pillows were the best I've ever had in a hotel.
• No fridge or microwave in the room.

“The accommodations were awesome. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Bed, pillows and shower were some of the best I've ever experienced. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.”

“This hotel had comfortable beds. It could have been cleaner. The shower curtain had mold all over the inside of it. The pool was a good size for the kids. There were young unsupervised kids in the pool that kept throwing chairs in the pool. The hotel says it doesn't allow pets, but there was a chow dog running around and barking in the breakfast area. The nights staff was very friendly, but the day staff seemed uptight.”

• I am accustomed to having a small simple breakfast included in the stay.

“This hotel and staff is doing exactly what they should be doing. I was greeted by the GM on several occasions. The rooms and general space was impeccable and clean. Staff was most helpful with every question or task we attempted.”

“Friendly staff, clean good sized room, comfy beds, we really liked that they had 4 pillows per bed, morning paper delivered to our door, had a gym on site but a bonus was that you could have a comp visit at a full service gym nearby.”

• Bedding was comfortable and rooms had free internet connection.
• Only one elevator in the motel.

“Did not eat the breakfast buffet because it cost $8.99/adult, but it looked tasty. Had complimentary cookies & coffee at all times at the front desk. Staff was very friendly and professional. Denny's & Chicago Pizza nearby. We ate breakfast at Denny's. It was good. Did not try Chicago's. Motel is on a frontal road by Hwy 285. Many motels in the area.”

• First room we were in had a smell (old smoke).

“Very nice rooms, bathrooms (newly remodeled), and common areas. A little far from downtown, but felt safe in the suburbs. Hotel staff was very accommodating when we asked for a new room after the first night (first room had an old smoke smell - stale).”

• The room was clean. The bed comfortable and the location safe.
• They would not upgrade our room, so we had a king bed even though I offered to pay the difference.

“We enjoyed the pool area, exercise room and complimentary snacks. When we first arrived, my husband and I were told only separate beds were available. The hotel was great, but by having a complimentary continental breakfast and working something out, so my husband and I could share a bed, we will not return.”

• Nice pool/hot tub area-very clean-friendly staff.
• Room face freeway and was a little noisy.

“We have stayed at several other hotels in this area and this was by far the more pleasant of them. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. I would have liked to have a hair dryer in the room though. I will stay here again, but would ask for a room not facing the freeway, although it was not that noisy.”

• Frontage road/location was not convenient.

“I loved the look and feel of the hotel. There was fresh fruit, coffee and cookies always available, with the Internet and computer next to a beautiful fireplace and living room atmosphere. The room was comfortable and quiet, the bathroom clean and attractive.”
