• The bed was turned back when we got in - wonderful touch!
• Bathroom door had a hard time clearing the toilet area.

“We really liked it. It was convenient to places to eat and it was very well kept. Our cleaning person did a great job and our room was kept just beautifully!”

• The staff was very friendly; there was a gift basket in room upon arrival.
• Inside my room was a fire alarm flashing light which went off at 0600 hrs and flashed inside room for over 1 hour, not all rooms have this alarm strobe.

• Clean and very friendly staff, relatively close to friends we were visiting.
• Would have liked a complimentary continental breakfast.

“We found this hotel to be just right for our needs during this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the cookies and beverages in the lobby. The hotel room was clean and attractive. The shower was good. The linens were comfy. The air conditioner was easy to adjust and maintained a good temperature.”

• Had a great time around the pool with kids and grandkids. Hotel nicely accommodates families.
• Had to pay for breakfast. Not complimentary like other places we have stayed.

“Public areas and our room were nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Enjoyed the pool and gym. Staff courteous. Nice full breakfast buffet, but we had to pay $8.95 per person verses free breakfast that we are used to with other nice hotels.”

• I didnt like the mattress pad that is not fitted and bunches up at night.

• The awesome breakfast spread!
• There was no air vent in the bathroom to disperse the accumulated shower fog.

“In fact, we'd like to go again, but next time, we'll allow more minutes for ravishing the breakfast blowout. Yum! It was a nice treat to be able to check in early (12:30) and check out late (12:30). We felt like we really had a chance to relax and enjoy our surroundings. Everything: the bedding, towels, furniture & amenities. Was clean and welcoming.”

• The location was great and it was not hard to locate off the highway.
• The hot tub was not working.

• The location was great for shopping and entertainment. The staff was helpful in providing directions to various locations.
• The first night the whirlpool was Luke warm. The fitness room was too hot (air conditioner inoperable). Beds were hard. Trash less than one bed.

“The staff was extremely helpful in looking up times and location of a theater. I have stayed at many courtyards by Marriott and I regret to say that this one did not measure up. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The fitness room did not have functional air conditioning making a workout nearly impossible. The whirlpool was not hot on the first night but was operating well the next night. It was a bit disappointing when compared to the many other courtyards I have had the pleasure of staying. The friendly staff was this hotel's saving grace.”

• The beds are not very comfortable. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and both beds were very hard and lumpy.

“The hotel is overall a good place to stay. Locating it and driving to it is difficult. Location has many streets that are hard to find. Signs posted after you pass a street and for this Hotel it seemed like you could only get to it one way no matter which way you came from.”

• The location and price was the best thing.
• The bed sheets and the towels were very rough to the skin.

• The staff were so helpful, they never left you standing or wondering if they were telling you the right thing.
• To get to the hotel was a little tricky, but once you figured it out, it was not problem.

• The manager had seen that we booked multiple rooms and kept our group together without us having to ask.
• No outdoor pool - pool closes at 10pm even though it is in lobby where noise should not be a factor.

“Overall the hotel fit the bill nicely. The price we paid was less than 50% of rack rate on a holiday which we felt was very reasonable. Cleanliness and comfort was typical Marriott with free wireless Internet (hate having to pay an access fee), well-kept indoor pool, whirlpool, and small gym. Breakfast buffet was $8.95 and very convenient/nice selection. We would stay here again.”
