• It was quiet and in a great area of Fort Collins.
• No free breakfast.

“This hotel was perfect for our needs, and had the most comfortable beds I've ever encountered at a hotel. The staff was attentive, the rooms were clean and high quality. They had free high speed internet, but it was not wireless. They had breakfast available, but it was pricy for what it was, so we went to one of the many local restaurants. I would stay here again!”

• Nothing other than it was across the street from my meeting.

“Nothing good to say about this hotel. I would suggest any other place in Ft. Collins rather than the Best Western. The hotel just had a cheap feel.”

• The staff and the continental breakfast.
• Room was small.

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, even though it was older and the rooms were small. The staff was outstanding, and the breakfast was wonderful. We would be happy to stay here again.”

• I didn't was a nasty hotel, dirty and next to railroad tracks.
• Everything.

“This is the second and last time I will go with you for picking out hotels/motels. Everyone I have gotten was a lousy dirty motel. This one was dirty, small and next to railroad tracks and a university with noisy students.”

• Great location to see old downtown and safe and friendly and comfortable feel.
• Only problem was that the outdoor stairway had sharp tread on the steps that scraped both my ankles as I walked up with my luggage.

“Perfect for me and my needs. Comfortable and clean, with friendly helpful staff. I may sound goofy, but the tread on the stairs was a real problem though. I had painful scrapes on both ankles; fix that and you get my highest rating.”

• The staff was somewhat helpful in getting us a different room other than the one provided.
• The room smelled like parmesan cheese, small as a postage stamp, windows didn't open, bath vent fan broken.

“When I spoke to the desk person about moving to another room, she was somewhat belligerent but finally made some calls and we were put in a better room.”

• Smoking rooms, not friendly staff.

“This is a budget hotel with few upgrades. The location is good to the University. The staff is not helpful. The staff did not care I could not stay in a room that had been smoked in - tough luck.”

• Great location.
• The hotel was over priced with very rude and egotistical people making a commercial. Room was small and my wife replaced two burned out light bulbs.

“If you are looking for an overpriced hotel with cramped quarters and parking this best western is for you. Make sure that you bring your handyman shoes to replace all of the burned out bulbs. You will have to be fast on your feet and be able to jump in and out of the shower while it varies from freezing to scalding. Talk to the advertising people who are promoting the hotel because of their rudeness you will never watch a commercial again. Motel six is a nicer place to stay.”

“An overall excellent value for Fort Collins. Great location for the university and for downtown. The hotel was in good sharpened the staff is friendly.”

• Awesome location, close to town center.
• Recent snow caused parking lot to be very icy. Seems like they could have done more to alleviate this situation.

“For the price I would stay here again. Although the room was very small it was neat and clean.”

• Exercise room and equipment was high quality.

“When I arrived at the hotel, the person at the counter was on the phone with a customer. He accepted two other calls before acknowledging my presence. Then, he offered to give me an upgrade in rooms for my patience. When I arrived at the room, however, it was the room advertised for $5.00 cheaper than the one I paid for. I would not recommend the hotel to others and I will not stay their again when in fort Collins.”

• Super close to old town and campus.
• It was great.

“The hotel is really close to campus and old town, which is great. It is a very retro little building. The continental breakfast was fairly big and they have 24-hr coffee and cookies available.”

• It was very nice to relax in the pool and hot tub. It was very clean and well kept.
• The room was a bit small and the furniture was not very well organized.

“Overall the hotel was a good place to stay for the purpose of my visit. It was close to downtown Fort Collins which was nice for the evenings out. Also the location was quiet and easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay.”
