• Nice mountain views, easy access to shopping,
• Spa shut 2 out of 3 days, food left in room, unruly girls sport team running around the hotel.

“Nice enough place, we just had a few mishaps this trip. I would stay there again just not my first choice.”

“This hotel was a very nice hotel with great service that made you feel right at home. It had many extras that made it nice and comfortable. Very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. which was very convenient. I would stay again in a heart beat.”

• Overall, quality of the hotel and convenient location between Boulder & Denver
• Was a bit of a drive to the airport.

“The front desk staff was mostly friendly and accommodating. One or two individuals in particular stood out as especially warm and welcoming. He really gave us good suggestions and started our stay out with a great overall impression. The electricity went out overnight and caused us to oversleep and almost miss our plane however and the last evening there. The long drive to the airport became even more apparent! But if I had to choose again I would still stay at this hotel due to quality, convenience, location, customer service, etc.”

• Beautiful hotel with great accommodations
• Haggled with hotel personnel about Internet access which was promised in guest book but never delivered.

“It was a beautiful hotel. However, the guest services book promised free broadband access in the room. In the room, I was offered broadband access for $10 daily. I inquired about this multiple times and was never given an answer. I was also never contacted by the hotel management to give me a more complete answer.”

• Amazing views of the mountains. Three huge rooms, lots of room to play and move around.
• Room service, as well as the restaurant was very expensive.

“Beautiful hotel, extremely glamorous, lots of space. We would of loved a microwave in the room. Awesome views, the best sheets and pillows in the world!”

• A larger sun deck would be nice.

“The hotel was amazing. From the moment you walked into the lobby you were greeted by a courteous staff. The room was impeccable. We stayed in a suite w/ French doors closing off the bed from the living area. Spacious bathroom w/ separate vanity area was very helpful. I would recommend a room facing the flat irons (front of the hotel). The pool and hot tub area was superb (the pool was heated). The location of the hotel was great! Numerous restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping (from Wal-Mart to dullards) if you happen to forget anything. Overall, this was an amazing hotel and would recommend it to anyone!”

• The over all cleanliness, decor and helpfulness of the staff.
• The noisy rattle of the room door. Some rubber pads like what is in the bathroom would help a lot.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone that I knew would be staying in the area. It is a very stylish and comfortable place to stay.”

• Spacious, wonderful views of the flatirons.
• Basic workout facilities and pool.

“We were pleasantly surprised to find that we had a suite (I think all of the rooms are suites.) Great linens, robes were provided, and a duvet covers on the bed. Our room faced the flatirons mall and also had a view of the mountains. Had we checked in 20 minutes earlier we would have had a perfect view of the sunset.”

“We came to the Denver area for a family wedding and found this hotel to be very convenient to all of our activities. Located in a great shopping area with lots of restaurant choices. We had one meal in the hotel and it was very delicious - also had a good children's menu. We enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. All in all, a great stay!”

We would highly recommend the hotel. Being right next to the flatiron mall was very convenient, easy on and off the boulder turnpike.”

• Beautiful hotel, close to shopping, dining, etc.
• Navigation into hotel is confusing. Road into hotel needs to be marked more clearly.

“We have stayed here twice; once just the two of us and once with our two teenage daughters. Both stays were very pleasant. I did, however, make a wrong turn both times trying to get into the parking lot. Once into the building we were more than satisfied.”

• Although a nice room it was the handicap room and probably the worst room in the hotel.

• Teeny tiny stain on couch (almost not noticeable) not really worth mentioning, but you asked¿

“Quite lovely. Service was excellent and friendly. All of the hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable and it's very close to all the shops at flatiron crossing.”

• I liked the suite layout, with 2 TVs so my wife and I could both watch what we wanted to without fighting for the remote.
• I honestly cannot think of anything.

“My wife and I stayed 2 nights for our anniversary. The highlight of our stay was when we were in the outdoor hot tub while it was snowing! The pool area was very well kept with nice lounge chairs. The fitness room was well equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, steppers, and weights. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The bed very comfortable. The room was a suite with 2 TVs so my wife and I didn't have to fight for the remote. We had a great view of the mountains when the snow quit falling. The refry came in handy for drinks. The cod player and complimentary paper was a nice touch. Room service was prompt, reasonably priced and good.”

• The clothes dryer did not dry the clothes during the 1st drying cycle.

“We loved our room, the view was fantastic. Sunrises were beautiful. The kids slept on the sleeper it was the most comfortable sleeper ever! Congrats to you your staff is wonderful, helpful all smiles.”

• Rooms are spacious and well decorated.
• Breakfast buffet did not meet my expectations, not a lot of variety.

“We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and we love it! It is very nicely decorated and the rooms are big and comfortable. The restaurant experience is great; the quality of their food is excellent. The only thing that did not meet our expectations was the breakfast buffet because of lack of variety, but if you pick something from their menu you are not going to regret it. Dinning there is highly recommended! The only down side of it is that the hotel is located too far away from downtown (20 minutes driving, more or less) if you are going to be visiting that area of the city. My husband and I do not care about it though, because we think it is worth the travel. And if you just want to go shopping the mall is right in front of the hotel! ”

“If you need a hotel in this general area, this is an excellent choice. The roads in the area are somewhat confusing however, as many have similar names, so navigating the neighborhood is difficult.”

• This hotel is beyond description "wonderful" (down comforters, cordless phones, terry robes, too many amenities to mention) and impeccably clean.
• Some of the staff were not well trained but I think they were in the process of doing that.

“I would most strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. A delightful suite of rooms topped off with a view of the mountains. Did not want to leave! They are deserving of the awards they have won.”

• Fantastic Housekeeping - one of the cleanest hotels I have ever seen - no surprise spots or sticky surfaces.
• Only one entrance is an annoyance and doors are too short and narrow.

“If the doors would properly fit the door jambs so that you wouldn't hear the doors slam in the hallway or feel your door move from the air flow in the hallway or from the vacuum created buy the opening of another door and if you could enter the hotel without having to go all the way up the steps to the main lobby, it would be a perfect hotel.”

• Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Robes in the rooms and wonderful beds. Lots of pillows and down blankets. Great decor and amenities!
• There was nothing that we didn't like.

“Just a wonderful hotel. The rooms were big, with French doors separating the bedroom from the sitting room. The pull-out couch had a very nice mattress and all the bedding was high thread count cotton. It had a nice indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub, plus a well equipped work out room. It was beautifully decorated in southwestern style, perfect for the Denver area. The staff at the front desk was very helpful - there was a shuttle to the nearby mall that stopped in front of the hotel every half hour or so and we were also given maps and directions to other spots in the area by the concierge. It was a great hotel and we loved our stay there.”
