• Close to where I wanted to be located, Golden.
• The Motel was being painted and fumes were bad.

• Bed good quality.
• Room at rear of hotel on ground floor registered at night no guard in sight I felt afraid.

“Fair facilities could be more secure especially if a single woman is registering at night there should be provision for escort or other safety measure as room was at the extreme rear of the hotel.”

• Easy access from freeway.
• Breakfast could have been better.

“The over all appearance of this hotel is very good. The staff helped me with questions and/or concerns. The lobby was clean and orderly. The room was clean, fresh, and homey.”

• The ice machine was right down the hall and good location for red rocks!
• There was hair in the bathroom, and room smelled stale.

“Greatly appreciated the continental breakfast, service was decent. Overall the room was clean. I would stay there again. Convenient location!”

• Clean, friendly, had everything needed for our trip.
• Shower head was to short for my husband. Needs to be higher.

“Hotel was very comfortable and our stay was very good. It was close to everything that we were doing that weekend. Only problem was the shower head was not high enough for my 6' husband.”

• The cleanliness was exceptional.
• The bed was woefully hard as a concrete slab my back and hips were not pleased they hurt still.

“The staff was friendly and accommodating, it was cleaner than Lowe's which is a 4 star hotel in Denver. I would recommend to put sleep number beds in for people like myself who need a softer bed.”

• Difficult to find due to hidden location and incorrect Map Quest directions.

• Distance from downtown was greater than anticipated.

• I liked the way the room was set up.

• I'm not staying there now.
• The wireless Internet was down the entire time. It was down for weeks. I was ripped off.

“The staff that greeted us did not have a single solution or suggestion on where I could obtain an Internet connection. She said, I only work here from 10 - 6am. It was the worst stay I ever had.”

• Continental breakfast had good variety. Even my picky eaters found things they liked.
• We went swimming in the evening after dinner and found that they were out of pool towels.

“This hotel was clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful. We even used the laundry facilities. It is a very good hotel for the money.”

• Easy access to major roads for out of town guests.
• No indoor pool.

“The La Quinta provided a good quality, clean room for our out of town guest at a fair price. Our guest was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and enjoyed his stay. We would recommend this hotel to future guests.”
