• Erin!!!! The front desk personnel was awesome.
• They didn't have a business center. Only computer was in lobby area.

“This hotel was great. The staff was awesome and went beyond the normal customer service received. The rooms were nice and large with a great bathroom set up. The hotel is completely non-smoking ... loved that.”

• Firm mattresses.
• Given the price, there should be a complimentary breakfast.

“I've grown used to having shampoo and body wash available in hotels in this price class as well as a free continental breakfast. Marriott does not seem to provide these amenities, so I was stuck at shower time and had to drive for breakfast.”

• Clean, comfortable, convenient, friendly staff.

“I found the hotel and the room to be clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast wasn't great but was adequate for a small hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located just off I-70 in west Denver/Golden. Because of surrounding development, I do recommend having specific directions or use your GPS. I'd certainly stay there again.”

• We had a difficult time figuring out where it was.

• The hotel was very clean and the room was very quiet.
• The pool did not look very clean. Service in the restaurant was not good, there was only one person working.

• Very comfortable, customer friendly, great amenities, free internet, computer with printer readily available.
• It would be nice to have free breakfast, but we can't have everything.

• We stayed a week and room was kept very clean by maid service.
• The only bad thing was an odor coming from the rooms cooling unit.

“Overall we were very pleased with the hotel. It was very clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful and it had an exercise room and a swimming pool. Our room was always clean. We stayed 5 days and the hotel had a very nice breakfast buffet. I reported the odor in the room's cooling unit to the reception staff at the end of our stay and they were very empathetic with the matter and apologized and thanked me for notifying them.”

• Comfortable beds, good pool.
• Breakfast was too expensive; we went out to eat. We would like it to be free or less expensive.

“This is an excellent hotel. The courtyard near the swimming pool offers a nice view with a pleasant mountain fragrance. The only drawback is the cost of the breakfast.”

• Staff was great, very clean and in excellent condition.
• Would be nice with an outside pool. Colorado.

“We were the only people to stay there with our baseball team. Everyone hated their hotels and we loved ours. We tried to get everyone to stay with us, I know many wished they had stayed at our hotel.”

• Staff was friendly, professional and the whole hotel was very clean.
• The pool was inside and there was a chlorine odor in the hallway right next to the pool area.

“For the money, a very good experience with staff and amenities. Having a cooked to order breakfast was much better than just a free continental breakfast.”

• Need to drive to restaurants, sights, etc. (none within walking distance).

• The bathroom was large.
• The bed was hard, hotel staff was rude, and they did not give us the right room.

“We stuck with the 2 double beds. The beds were hard, almost like sleeping on the floor and the sheets had stains. We did not have a balcony like every other room.”

• The entire staff was friendly!
• Breakfast buffet is $8.99 a little high.

“We were very pleased with our 5 day stay at this hotel; secure hidden parking from the street; very friendly & people pleasing staff from every level of employment. (this is a no smoking hotel) Newspaper at our door every morning during weekdays; delicious afternoon cookies, coffee & fruit in the lobby; indoor pool and hot tub open 24hours. Clean & clean smelling hallways and elevators, nice quiet rooms, thermostats & quiet air & heat. Comfortable beds. Staff brought in a refrigerator after we asked for one. Staff kept inquiring if our room & stay is satisfactory! We would definitely stay here again. (There were virtually no kids while we were there so I think it made the hotel quieter). We could not hear any of our neighbors through the walls. It was very quiet in our room. Less than 1/2 mile from huge new Colorado Mills mall and close to several interchanges next to the Rockies. This is a nice area and never felt threatened or insecure.”

• Convenient location, clean and well-appointed. Very comfortable.
• Breakfast (even the buffet) is not included in price of room. Very pricey for quality of food. Disappointing.

“Nice rooms. Great shopping and dining nearby. The charge for breakfast ($8.95) is high for a typically free breakfast buffet, and you are told the hours when you check in but not that you will have to pay. You learn this when you get the check after you've eaten!”

• The walls are paper thin. Could hear TV. @ 10 pm and heard them snoring @ 5 am.
