• Nice size room, nice comfortable beds, nice pool and hot tub.
• Service at the restaurant was lacking at the time we went in the morning.

• Excellent pool and spa. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Business center. Very clean!
• I wish it had been closer to stores and restaurants I could walk to since I can't drive.

“This is a very nice and accommodating hotel. The night supervisor was very welcoming and wonderful. She immediately upgraded us to the needed room, awesome! The pool and hot tub are absolutely great and arranged in a convenient location. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Each courtyard room has either a patio or balcony for peaceful enjoyment of landscaped grounds. Breakfast is very nice and staff competent and hard working to serve guests. The only drawback is that it's a bit away from shops and restaurants so necessary to drive to find something. However, hotel did provide a microwave when I requested it and the room came equipped with a small fridge. Bathroom was spacious and comfortable with rainflow showerhead at comfortable height.”

• Free internet.
• Basic room.

“The rooms were basic. Nothing special and nothing horrible. It was what was expected. The free internet is a nice feature especially for business travelers.”

• Quality of room accouterments was beyond expectations.
• The rooms were rather small.

“The hotel exceeded our expectations, considering the rating scale. Everything was clean and classy. The only negative was the small size of the rooms.”

• Roomy, clean, well appointed rooms.
• No fan in bathroom!

“Although, not right in the center of the Boulder action, this hotel was very near to the Pearl Street Mall, about a 5 minute car ride. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only food on the premises was breakfast which was average. The surrounding area was clean and neat but too "industrial" to be of any real charm.”

• This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were extremely nice.
• The area it was located in felt somewhat industrial.

“This hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms were large with a king sized bed, sofa, and office area. Although it wasn't centrally located, it was extremely easy to get from the hotel to anywhere you needed to go in Boulder.”

• The staff was so helpful to direct us to wherever we needed to find.
• It wasn't marked real well to find from the road.

“We just enjoyed to entire 3 days we were here it was quite and peaceful and very helpful. the rooms were great and staff so good.”

• allowed early checkin/nice upstairs NS king room w/ balcony
• loud tvs in next room; hotel seemed isolated from "downtown" boulder. cooling system was too noisy.

“pretty standard Courtyard fare. decent rooms. good early check-in, late check-out. very friendly front desk staff. room was clean. it was very good, but nothing exceptional or interesting to stand out. i would have preferred being closer to the university or pearl street, even in a slightly lesser hotel.”

• Returning late from a wedding (11:00 p.m.), we asked where we could get some food and the lady at the front desk made us sandwiches. Great Service!!

• The rooms were pleasent and they made me feel comfortable.
• It was a little difficult to find, it's sign was behind a tree and we would not have found it if we didn't have the street number.

“This was a wonderful hotel, conviniently located in Boulder. The staff took care of our needs simply, without being obtrusive, you would almost think the hotel ran itself if you didn't know how much work it must be.”

• USA Today paper at my door.
• Walls were so thin I could hear my neighbor's conversations.

“This hotel is slightly difficult to find and get in to. It's pretty much as you'd expect from a Courtyard. However, the walls were terribly thin and I could hear my neighbor's conversations. So in order to dampen the sound I had to have the room's fan running constantly (which is really it's only mode anyway). One early sleepy morning I decided to have breakfast, thinking it was included as is typical with most hotels. I was very surprised to discover a bill. I did appreciate the USA Today delivered to my door in the mornings.”

“The room we had was clean and beautiful. The only thing is that it is undergoing renovation so the first and second floor are completely gutted. The elevator is covered with duct tape and cardboard. Breakfast could not be served due to the construction.”
