• Location to everything. Help was very accommodating. Room was very adequate.
• Pool didn't draw us to it.

“We were very pleased with the accommodations. Bathroom could have had 2 sinks, but the help was WONDERFUL, pleasant, and accommodating. Loved the location. Would use again and would recommend it to others. Would have liked to have had a small refrigerator in the room for fresh fruit, etc.”

• The front desk was very accomodating in making sure we had 2 beds even though they were full.
• The maid knocking on our door in the morning asking when we were leaving.

“The Boulder Courtyard Marriott is a quality hotel with clean comfortable rooms, nice decor, upgraded bedding, and what we found to be a very helpful staff both at the front desk and at the coffee/bar just off of the lobby. Using priceline I made this a bargain, as I have paid this much for a far lesser quality of accommodations.”

• Hotel staff very friendly & helpful.
• No valet service.

“Hotel was very nice & front desk very friendly. Gave us a room with beautiful view of mountains. Room was very nice, large & clean. Only small complaint we had lot of luggage from traveling all week and they did not offer valet service. They did have valet carts at front door to use yourself.”

• Great location. Very comfortable beds.
• Charge to park.

“More than expected for 3.5* hotel. Luxury room, bed and bath. Large HUD TV. Annoying parking fee for garage, but can park for free in adjacent shopping center. I'll book this every time if available.”

• Perfect location in Boulder, good parking underground, and pleasant atmosphere.
• Would have liked a small refrigerator in the room.

“I always enjoy staying at this hotel and try to do it every time I visit Boulder. The customer service is superb; from the valet, to front desk to the room service delivering a fork or roll away bed if needed. I love the underground parking- a plus when it snows! The location is great.”

• Helpful and
  friendly staff.
• Remote control volume, didn't work for TV; coffee pot was not cleaned from prior use (coffee filter still in pot, pot had dried coffee on bottom).

“Location of hotel was good. Public areas were clean, well lit. Layout and access to rooms/parking was good. Breakfast was above average. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Parking is a bit confusing.

“Not the nicest Marriott that I've stayed at but it's a very good hotel. Great location - easy to get to and still walkable (1 mile) to Pearl Street. I would stay here again.”

• Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Bed was great, with soft linens.
• A mini fridge would have been a nice touch.

“I really loved this place. You can walk to boulder creek. The room was large and clean with a separate sofa and comfy chair, plus desk area. We had a great view of the sunsets behind the mountains. Bed was really comfy. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Room had coffee maker, but no fridge. Restaurant was good and very reasonable for dinner. We used their underground parking, which was convenient for us. Very happy overall with this hotel.”

• Nice comfortable bed, friendly staff.
• The carpet was cleaned while we were still staying in our room and it was very wet and smelled very strong when we returned.

“The restaurant was the saving graceful, but still nothing notable. The rooms were very outdated and the walls were very thin - you could hear people talking like they were inside your room.”

• Cleanliness, location, staff was wonderful and it is quiet. The windows open for fresh air.
• The work out room needs maintenance. The lighting in the BR is poor and there should be a magnifier mirror.

“The views of the Flat Iron Mountains are splendid! The room is nicely appointed with all the amenities. The location is central and the wine bar is open late at night for a respite from the days activities.”

• It was charming in every way.

• Parking garage height not high enough to get our truck into it, had to park in regular parking lot outside.

• The staff was exceptional. Very nice facility and room.
• The pool/Jacuzzi was not at the same level as the rest of hotel.

“This hotel was attractive, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was one of the most friendly we have encountered. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We walked to a nearby restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed it thoroughly. We would definitely recommend and return.”

• Updated/very comfortable room.
• Charge for parking! Do not expect free Wi-Fi, they charge $10/per day and its not wireless. Come on.

“The stay was great. Except they tried to charge me $6 or $9 a day to park in the underground parking. I found parking next to hotel. Then not to have free Wi-Fi who doesn't offer that?”

• Amazingly friendly, helpful staff throughout the building.
• Had to pay for internet access in room and no towel racks.

“The staff was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic about everything from putting us in a room with a king bed and a view, giving directions, restaurant recommendations, storing rental bikes inside, helping me take food to my room, bringing up contact lens solution within minutes of me calling, dealing with confusing billing, cleaning our room, etc.”

“Overall, nice hotel. We liked being able to walk to local stores and restaurants. The spa looked very nice although we did not visit it. The staff was very friendly and aside from the dried green booger above our bed, the rest of the hotel was clean. Although we enjoyed our stay, compared to the other 3star hotel we visited in Denver this was not quite as regal.”

• There was not anything I did not like. Very good experience.

“This hotel met my expectations. The bed was very comfortable, the room was up-to-date, attractive, and very clean. We parked in the underground garage (extra $6 per day) because we had bikes on a bike rack on our car and wanted the extra security, but the ground level parking lot would probably have been just fine.”

• AC was broken (hottest day of the year), broken refrigerator, only 1 queen bed for.

“Terrible I asked for 2 queen beds for four people and they only had 1. The AC was broken and it was over 100 degrees. The refrigerator was broken and when they replaced it they left the old one in the room. Very noisy. Dirty, rude help, I was disgusted with them and will never stay in a Marriot.”

“Nothing, but raves about our stay. We are very selective and upon checkout I told the clerk that it was our best ever hotel experience. We felt pampered, appreciated, employees seemed genuinely happy to be there and most accommodating. Fresh Meyer's lemonade, apples, bottled water in the lobby free for guests and Starbucks coffee bar. Everything about the place (including our room) was pristine. Free nightly parking in the hotel's parking garage.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were helpful. The hotel was in close walking proximity to shops and the downtown area. The hotel did not provide free in-room internet. If used the internet was $9.95. Also parking was $6.00. Most hotels offer free parking for guests. Also almost all hotels provide free internet access, especially upscale hotels.”

“For the excellent price, I received a quiet and comfortable room in a Deluxe brand. I was very surprised to have to pay for local telephone calls and internet access from the room when other Boulder hotels offer these services with the room price.”

• Great location, wonderful bed, perfectly clean & new carpet and furnishings.
• The desk did not offer me the free alternative parking available behind the hotel.

“This is an outstanding hotel in central boulder. It is more of a boutique hotel than a standard hotel. The beds were fit for a queen. Having a desk, sofa and over-stuffed chair in the room made it more of a suite than a room. I had friends over to watch a game and we were comfortable. Great price for a wonderful hotel!”

• The hotel bar staff was very helpful- they helped me charge my ipod.
• The TV took several (5-10) minutes to show a picture after being turned on.

• The hotel let us check in 4 hours before the regular check in time. We were very impressed!
• The only thing we didn't like was that the bathtub/shower was not fully cleaned. There was hair in the shower.

“I have never had such great and friendly service at a hotel. They let us check in early (we didn't think we could) with no problems at all. Room service was excellent! The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home :-) I would recommend this hotel to all my friends! I am definitely staying there again.”

• The spa was next door and wonderful.
• There was a little construction in the side parking lot that was ugly.

“I loved this hotel. We had a view of the Flatirons which were beautiful. I headed over to the spa and had the best experience. The 50 minute massage was heaven! My spouse and I had room service for dinner and it was pretty good. I would recommend this hotel to others and will for sure stay there again.”

• Tip top hotel, everything you'd want was pretty much there.
• Weak sound proofing at the door between rooms made it seem like the person next door was in the room.

“This is an excellent hotel in a great location for the Boulder Area. It was great for romantics and business travelers, in part, thanks to the excellent staff. Great bedding too!”

• The internet worked well. The staff was very nice.
• The facility is getting a bit rundown.

“Carpets worn. Paint peeling. Mirror in the bathroom was loose. The remote to the TV was falling apart. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. Two of the exercise room machines did not work well. There was a fire alarm a 3:30 am when one of the room air conditioners burned out.”

• Wouldn't want to pay the full rate to stay here- rather average place.

“We had weird, empty rooms with Murphy beds. The lobby wasn't very attractive and the staff was less than friendly at times. The location is a 15 minute walk to the Pearl Street Mall. It was fine.”
