• Nice surroundings, great location.

• Location was great.
• The pool and spa was closed.

“I booked the hotel because the wife and I like to swim. Even though the sign outside said pool and spa, it was completely closed for renovation and we were not told or we would not have stayed at the hotel.”

“There was an ironing board in the room, but no iron. When I asked for an iron, I was told that housekeeping was gone for the day, and had the only key. I finally got an iron the next evening, after wearing rumpled clothes to an important business function. I felt there was very poor eye on details, and no effort to accommodate reasonable requests.”
