• Beautiful southwestern atmosphere.
• The full breakfast was good but nothing special. We went elsewhere for subsequent breakfasts.

“Hotel Santa Fe provides a beautiful, comfortable southwestern Native American atmosphere. We are already looking forward to our next visit! Hotel Santa Fe is well-located close to the Plaza, museums, and shopping. We walked almost everywhere. The hotel's staff is friendly and very helpful.”

• It was close to everything.
• No chair in room, Restaurant too pricy.

“It was a nice hotel but the room was very small. There was no easy chair in which to read. The food in the restaurant was not as good as expected and was very expensinve for its quality.”

• Friendly staff, great food, nice facilities.
• I like a softer bed & they need to work on their broadband internet access.

“Very nice pleasant hotel, nice rooms. Good restaurant although the Indian music playing 24/7 gets a little old. The only I was not satisfied with is they do not have have high speed internet access in every room. They need to install additional routers so that every room has a good signal.”

• Friendly helpful staff. Nice decor, and relaxing atmosphere.
• No gym, We are use to running every morning and had expected a hotel of this rating to have a gym on site.

• Manager went out of his way to say hello and make us feel welcome
• Room 116 was located in an area where people could look in while dressing

“Although only 5-6 blocks from town, the hotel is a bit too far to walk conveniently and safely to and from. There is a shuttle because of this situation and that solves the problem. In all, a very nice hotel with friendly staff and very nice rooms. We recommend this hotel. Especially good for a conference where downtown convenience and access is not an issue.”

• very small rooms

“We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to other people. It was a short walk to the Plaza, lots of free parking and a pool and hot tub. Very nice!”

• Pretty building and grounds, friendly staff, pool and hot tub opens at 6AM, shuttle service

“Staff was friendly and courteous, location was good. They offered a shuttle service which was handy after driving for hours on the road. Wish there were closer restaurants in the immediate vicinty. Grounds were kept up nicely.”

• Everything except the restaurant prices was excellent. Desk staff especially helpful.
• Prices in the restaurant

• nice pool
• air conditioning is inadequate

“It's a very pleasant hotel, with a nice small pool. Rooms are small. It is a very long walk to the plaza from the hotel, if that matters. The air conditioning is quite feeble and not nearly adequate on a hot day.”
