“Clean comfortable and a great value. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome and the extras (paper, chocolates, fruit basket, free yoga!) were welcome and unexpected. Exceeded my expectations.” Jun 29, 2008 by
Julieann from Encinitas, CA
“The room met the 4 star rating, the private butlers were pleasant, accommodating and professional. The room was inviting with a basket of fresh fruit and a welcome note. I would recommend this hotel to others.” May 29, 2008 by
Joe from Portland, OR
“Nice location - do not stay there if you want to share a bed. The rooms only have double beds. The hotel is being remodeled and some things like a work out area do not yet exist. You may have to put up with noise and dust.” Feb 13, 2008 by
Karen from Santa Fe, NM
“Excellent particularly nice and helpful staff. Enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon cheese/crackers/drinks. Short walk to main plaza attractions. Very comfortable room.” Oct 20, 2007 by
Rati from San Diego, CA
“I liked my stay so much overall that I would like to return soon. The employees really seem to like their jobs and very courteous and go out of their way to take of the guests. I love the hotel and I love the town.” Oct 12, 2007 by

“Excellent.” Oct 11, 2007 by

“Nice hotel, but staff was not up to 4 star levels. Exception was the free shuttle drivers, who were very helpful.” Sep 12, 2007 by
Michael from Dallas, TX
“We were very satisfied with the Hacienda. With the exception of our first interaction with the check-in staff, every other encounter with hotel staff was very pleasant. The room was very cozy and comfortable, with premium linens and high quality furnishings. The butlers were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Be aware that the hotel is pet friendly - we had a couple of yappy dogs residing next door.” Aug 12, 2007 by
Gary from Las Vegas, NV
“Probably the most helpful employees of any hotels I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at a lifetime of them, as I am a retired Airline Pilot Highly recommend this hotel. Very nice rooms, excellent service, personnel went over and above to provide any request, and at a immediate pace.” Jul 4, 2007 by

“Great Hotel. Great price. Recommend anytime you are in Santa Fe. Close to plaza and they have a free shuttle.” Jun 11, 2007 by

“Santa fee hotel hacienda-- this lovely hotel is a delightfully decorated space with very good service. Although my husband and I prefer older historic places, this was a very nice way to spend the night in Santa fee. My mother-in-law accompanied us on this trip and she was quite pleased with the decor & comfort level of her room. We were particularly delighted with the hotel's personal shuttle/taxi we used several times to take us to & pick us up from the plaza. The Native American art on display is simply superb and really enhances the experience. My husband and I both found our bed a bit hard. However, everything was new and spotless! The "butler" idea is great. The only minor complaint we might have (aside from the bed) is that some of the helpers were just a bit chatty--wanting to discuss their lives, etc. The restaurant food was delicious, but again, the waiter was chatty and perhaps too informative. We also enjoyed the club level of the hotel which is a delightful space to relax, have a few drinks and nibble. The complimentary breakfast was just perfect. The breads & pastries were fresh & delicious and the coffee quite good too. Overall, we had a delightful time here and highly recommend the hotel for an enjoyable Santa fee visit.” Jun 7, 2007 by

“Overall satisfactory hotel. Front desk staff was utterly confused and took too long when we tried to check in and they had to retrieve our luggage from storage. Concierge was of limited use. Pool was dirty. Otherwise, rooms were beautiful, lounge and deck on 6th floor were a nice retreat, and parking was free. Location was a bit far from the plaza, but the plaza wasn't that great anyway! Overall, we still had a great time in Santa fee.” May 29, 2007 by

“The rooms at the hacienda are some of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The bed is soft, the lights are ambient, the fireplace is awesome, and the spa quality bathroom is to die for. Its a few block walk to the Santa fee plaza. The "butler" service is really quite useless. They're basically a concierge. Internet service is very poor and business travelers who need it are advised to stay away. The maid service gets started early and seems incapable of just leaving open the door of the room they are cleaning, opting to open and close the room shaking doors each time. ” Mar 30, 2005 by

“Consideration from everyone, a significant art collection of paintings, rugs, sculpture and warm and genuine butler services. Love the private dining room for Hacienda guests -- crackling fires and fine breakfast food included in the room rate. A long way from pretentious or showy -- but luxurious all the same.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
