• The location was convenient to the Plaza and grocery store.
• The heating system blew on us all night, which woke us up repeatedly.

“Overall, it was great! The pullout sofa isn't that comfortable, but then again, none of them ever are. It was excellent that the staff shoveled the walks and stairs after a heavy snow.”

• Beautifully decorated, outstanding beds, with a fireplace!
• A little hard to find and do not have a fitness facility.

“Staying here is just like living in an upscale studio apartment with benefits! Private, romantic yet with a full kitchen, fireplace, pool, jacuzzi, and more. We loved it and would definitely stay again.”

• The rooms were great.
• The free-full breakfasts was lacking.

“Hotel was very nice. The guy who checked me in at 11pm on New years Eve was really pleasant even though he was young and had to work. There was a shortage of parking when I arrived after 10pm on both nights. Both mornings found the breakfast room full and running out of nearly everything-literally. There were two people working but they were overwhelmed and not organized. Overall, I really liked the hotel and would stay there again. My room was really an apartment with a full kitchen and even had a fireplace.”

• I like the kitchenette in the room.
• The TV is outdated and needs to be replaced.

“The smaller room in the hotel is an efficiency apartment it was perfect for us with 2 small children 6 and 8. Ths free breakfast was also
a plus. I recomend this hotel, but if you have older children more than 1 it may be to small. The pull out sofa is not very comfortable. There is a bigger room a 1 bedroom that I did not see.”

• Very clean, had an excellent breakfast bar with great selection. Peaceful and very comfortable.

• Great breakfast included in price; friendly staff; clean, quiet, and comfortable; laundry on site; full kitchen; this hotel exceeded our expectations.
• Saw nothing problematic.

“Our family really enjoyed this hotel. We would definitely stay there again if traveling through Santa Fe. Nice accommodations and friendly staff. Quiet location with easy access and ample parking. Near old town with good freeway access.”

• Clean, friendly and helpful staff, kitchen accommodations excellent.

“The staff is both friendly and helpful to tourists who know nothing about the area. The room was comfortable, clean and the kitchen a delight. It saved us time and money having a kitchen in the room. I highly recommend it.”

• Great rooms, fun attractive grounds, loved the mini tennis court and the pool, although we wished the pool was bigger.
• Breakfast could have been a bit better, but for free, well for free it was excellent.

“This is great place for the business person, and or the traveling family. Kids liked the pool and mini/basketball court, while me and my wife enjoyed them too. Breakfast was good, not the best, but overall not bad, the coffee was excellent and nothing was stale, so cannot complain too much. The location is great, with easy access to the highway, but yet still far enough away that you do not have any noise. It is also only about a 5 minute ride to old town. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.”

• Beautiful location out of the rat race of downtown.
• The pool isn't overly exciting but definitely adequate.

“The hotel is in a great location if you don't won't to be downtown or in the older/not so pretty/safe area such as the area when you first come in from ABQ. The rooms have a slightly nice cabin feel and I would recommend this place to all.”

• Overall, convenience, comfort, safety and pleasing environment (especially grounds/landscaping).

“Met our expectations for the quality expected of a two-star (plus) accommodation. The breakfast and light dinner offerings were above expectations. The grounds were pleasing and pools were clean and well-kept. The room had good conveniences for a family or business traveler. Comfortable bed and bedding.”

• Complimentary hot breakfasts, food on Thursday evening, multiple hot tubs.
• Older appliances in kitchen but still ok. Toilet drainage problems.

“If you have never been to Santa Fe, this could be a tough place to find. Breakfast in the morning was busy! Lots of people, but the food is pretty good. Grilled burgers and dogs with beans and potato salad on Thursday evening when we arrived. The overall stay was great. Friendly staff more than helpful when asked questions or made a request. The only negative about the stay was not the hotels fault. That was the noisy guests above us.”

• Very comfortable bed, nice full kitchen, roomy sitting area.
• Even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarette smoke.

“The bed in the room was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. The room was quiet and airy, even though the room was pretty smoky smelling. It would be a great place to stay for an extended time because of the nice full kitchen, great sitting area, really comfortable bed, and easy access to a hot tub, swimming pool, and tennis court. We really liked this hotel. Also, the staff was super friendly.”

• A bit far from downtown Santa Fe.

• Limited hours for spas, location hard to find.

“Although this hotel was very hard to find in the dark, it was a pleasant surprise when I lotted it and went upstairs to my room. It was warm and cozy inside. A good working environment.”

• It was like staying in a private condo and it had a great breakfast.
• Loved everything about it.

“The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The full kitchen is a great bonus for families. The breakfast was excellent and had something to accommodate everyone. I would like to have stayed long enough to enjoy the many amenities It was like staying at a private resort rather than a hotel.”

• Great staff, good services. Liked having a kitchen.
• A little over two miles from the plaza, too far to walk.

“Over all, a comfortable hotel with everything you would need. The daily breakfast was good, and the occasional BBQ in the evening was great. Our room was clean, and very comfortable. And, comfy beds, not the usual board-like beds in most hotels. The full kitchen had everything.”

• Just like being in a condo. Surpassed my expectations.
• Loved everything about this hotel.

“I usually go to 3 or 4 star hotels, but none were available since I waited too long. This 2 1/2 star hotel surprised me. It was just like being in a beautiful condo, had a fridge, stove, microwave (who cooked?) but it was nice to have them available in case. Breakfast was provided as well. What a friendly, comfortable hotel. I'd like to return and stay longer.”

• It was large with a kitchen and living room, large bathroom and a real fireplace, it was nice.
• Had to drive to go anywhere.

“Nice place in a quite area away from the square in Sante Fe. Family oriented with a nice breakfast with waffles, pancakes, eggs, oatmeal with all the fixings and much more. Very nice.”

• Lots of space. Kitchen was useful. Quiet in a not quiet town.
• No first floor rooms available, but I did not request one early so actually my fault

• We always try to stay at the Residence Inn - Wonderful Hotel.

“My husband and I travel frequently and we always try to book the Residence Inn when we go to Santa Fe. Always a wonderful experience. A little far from the Plaza but we enjoy the Residence Inn so much that we don't mind.”

“The Residence Inn at Santa Fe was very warm and welcoming. The complimentary breakfasts were great and a fantastic way to start the day. And we really enjoyed having the hot tub right outside our room!”
