• Clean room, we were upgraded because the actual hotel we booked had closed the day before we got there.
• Staff had a bad attitude, poor customer service.

“The Dancing Ground of the Sun is actually closed which we didn't know, and didn't receive an email telling us to go to Fort Marcy. We spent 20 minutes trying to figure out where the office was and when we found it, no one was there. Customer service was pretty bad, they didn't really care about anything and had a bad attitude. We recommended they put a sign up at the old location with at least their phone number but our comment fell on ears that couldn't care less. The room was awesome though, we had a huge room with a kitchen and sitting area. Really clean and new.”

“We had a confirmed reservation for the weekend of October 20th 2006. Arrived at the hotel only to find that our Casita had been given to someone else. The nincompoop at the desk did not know the Owners name or how to get hold of them. Finally after an hour of arguing with her she dialed someone who said that she could not give us our money back. We have turned this over to our credit card company. This very depressing place faces one of the busiest streets in Santa Fe.”
