• Very fresh and clean.
• Location is a bit tricky off the main street.

“I have stayed at many Comfort Inns and they are always nice, but this one was a notch above. I especially liked the indoor pool and hot tub since they can be used in the winter months.”

• Nice breakfast the next day.
• The pool was tiny and the Jacuzzi looked dirty.

“I cannot figure out how this hotel justifies calling the room we stayed in a "suite." The room was no larger than a standard hotel room, the only amenities were a small refrigerator and microwave, and the only separation between the beds and couch area was a short half-wall. The room was clean and quiet, and breakfast was nice each day, but call this what it is--a hotel room. Not a suite.”

• I liked the sofa bed, mini icebox, and microwave.
• Hot tub did not work well.

“For the price this hotel was great. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and fast to solve any problems that might arise. I would stay there again.”

• Refrigerator, microwave, clean, staff very friendly.
• Door to adjoining room would not lock.

“The hotel had a friendly and helpful staff. Late in the evening I wanted something to eat that was healthier than the vending machine could offer and the staff told me to help myself to an apple in the breakfast area. The room was clean with a microwave and refrigerator. A few minor repairs need to be done. A hole in the bathroom door had cardboard taped over it. Also the door to the adjoining room did not lock. I would stay there again.”

• Good wireless internet.

“The management cares about only one thing: profit. They had manipulated the air conditioner settings so it was impossible to be comfortable. It kept shutting on and off every 10 minutes, making a loud noise that woke me up all through the night. When I complained, they told me nothing could be done. Only on the third day, a maintenance person told me the setting could be fixed, and he did it, so I had one tolerable day out of three!”

• The continental breakfast is good.
• The hot tub smelled like mold!

• Comfortable. Clean.
• My reservation was given to another person.

“There was some confusion on my reservation. The staff did not verify someone who checked in under my Name. I only hope that my bill does not reflect this mistake. Although I am worried about the payment, the hotel was convenient in location and expense.”

• Clean, affordable & convenient. Nice indoor pool and 2 hot tubs--one indoor and one outdoor. Decent breakfast.
• Sofa sleeper in our room had torn upholstery.

“Convenient access to downtown Santa Fe. Located near stores and restaurants. Reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet. Nice pool and hot tubs. Rooms are clean.”
