• I liked the friendly staff and the large rooms.
• The floor was dirty like there was hair from other guests on the floor in the bathroom when we first came in.

• Clean hotel and room, convenient location off I-10.
• Beds were a little harder than I like.

“Overall I would recommend this hotel. It was clean, safe, and adequate for my business trip. Not a lot of amenities, but for an overnight trip was just fine. Value wise, it was much cheaper than the hotels in the area and it served it's purpose for my trip.”

• Very clean!
• Beds, pillows, TV.

“The beds were not comfortable; you could feel the springs-really hard on our backs. Pillows were flat. I rained really bad our first night, we were stuck in the room & TV sound was distorted (it stayed that way most of the stay) so we had nothing to do. It was, however, very clean which was really great!”

• Everything! Salt water swimming pool, free full breakfast and inner, beautiful!
• Nothing!

“To rate this hotel anything less than a 3 1/2 is an insult to the rating system. I've stayed in 5 star resorts that weren't as nice as this. So this hotel doesn't have a restaurant built in, a Ruth Chris Steak house is within 30 steps of the front door!”

• Very clean, organized, and staff was polite and very friendly.
• I didn't have a reason to stay and enjoy it longer, but that's me not the hotel.

• The room stunk of smells of urine, musk, and possible mole.

“The motel had done as good as job as they could to be neat and clean with what they have but I generally stay in the 2 - 2.5 stars in El Paso and they are much nicer. I feel you made a bad choice for me and will probably not use you again. Also, I was there on a minister's conference which I am exempt from certain taxes on hotel and rental cars but neither of these would accept my paperwork. As a result, I paid you more than I could have stayed in a nicer motel and driven a larger car after receiving my pastorial/church credits.”

• Not the best location in the world. Pretty seedy actually was afraid for my car.

“On our first day, found a cockroach climbing the walls of the closet as we were putting our clothes away. Needless to say, we did not use the closet. The blow dryer had no power. Checked with the rest of our family in the group (we had three rooms) and they all said the same thing, "You couldn't dry your hands, much less your hair with this thing".”

• It was a nice hotel for our purposes, seem to be easy to get wherever we wanted to go.
• Hotel was great but two weeks a little too long to stay in el Paso, we found driving to be quite a challenge.

• La quintal gives what they promise.
• I have nothing negative to say.

“I will never stay anywhere else but la quintal inns. I am a or truck driver and my 100lb dog rides with me. I stay out for 3-4 weeks at a time and like to get a room once in awhile. This was my first time staying at a la quintal inn. They allowed my dog, my room was very clean, the price was perfect and the staff was wonderful. Wireless internet is a plus. It is very quiet and near to local shopping and restaurants. There is not much room for large trucks to park but ok for straight trucks or bob tail. This is a great place to stay!”

• Decent free breakfast in the morning (muffins, juices, coffee).
• My room was dingy, lots of other people's hair on floor and counter top. Real noisy outside. TV remote didn't work.

“When I checked in, the front desk clerk was not the friendliest. I asked him a few questions about the area and where to go to get food and sightsee and he was not helpful at all. He simply told me to grab a city brochure. When I got to my room, the carpet was stained in multiple areas; there was hair on the tabletop, in the bathtub, and on the bathroom floor. There was a lot of noise right outside my room where I parked. I was in the back of the motel and did not fell very safe. The only good thing was the free continental breakfast in the morning.”

• Pool area dirty, pool water dirty, Tile in pool almost black.

“Location very good, room good. Pool and pool area very bad. Pool had floating debris, 2days in a row, tile inside of pool has a ring of dirt on it. Concrete area around pool coming apart.”

• It was very clean and it offered all the amenities that I would expect at the Marriott, but not from La Quinta; it was a nice surprise.
• The stay was perfect.

“The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean and included an iron, blow dryer, a business desk, free continental breakfast, and a separate bath and sink area. This is everything I look for in a hotel.”

• Free high-speed internet and free breakfast.
• Very noisy (freeway noise and other guests).

“This hotel offers free high-speed internet and free breakfast. The downside is that the hotel is close to the freeway and the rooms don't do a good job of blocking out road noise. Not recommended for light sleepers. If you do stay there, ask for a room far away from the freeway.”

• A bit noisy, no fitness facilities.

“I have stayed here before when I have a very early flight it is about 8 minutes to the airport. Good basic amenities, including iron and ironing board. I am never there late enough for the buffet breakfast. May be an early bird bare bones breakfast.”
