• The bed was very comfortable!
• The room has a very funny smell to it and the towels did not look clean.

“The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The couch and other room furniture(not including the bed) were very outdated and worn with rips and holes. The towels looked gray from being used too much and not being replaced. There was not conditioner to use with the shampoo. That is important now a days with the restrictions on liquids on airlines.”

• The room was spacious.
• Dirty things in room, location of room not satisfactory, help after checkout finding lost items not satisfactory.

“I felt like maybe they had set aside this room for someone who paid a special price. It was right next to a bar, where live music was blaring for hours. We stayed for the kitchen accommodations partly, the dishes were dirty. After checkout we needed help finding lost items it took several days for someone to actually help us. I realize it was a discounted price, but I don't think that should make much of a difference.”

• Fireplace in room, full kitchen, 2 beds (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs).
• Pool was unavailable due to maintenance, breakfast area was crowded, and coffee was bad.

“Good hotel. Was clean and staff was friendly. We would stay here again.”

• Kitchen, fireplace is a great feature, it felt as if we were coming home.
• Updates could be done, and attention to detail when cleaning.

“My daughter and I had a great stay. She got a blast in the fold out couch bed, and the fireplace. She had her own TV, which was great for me. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Centralized location.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Very worn down, burn marks on the furniture, laminate torn on the counter, worn flooring, toilet wobbled. Terrible.

“Hotels/suites to me are supposed to feel like home. I can't say that about this place. The room was very worn down. The housekeeping department didn't change the sheets, even when it was apparent that the sheets were dirty. Outside there was trash. Honestly, if I hadn't prepaid for the two nights, I would have stayed elsewhere the second night.”
