“Overall very nice.” Oct 29, 2009 by
Tom from Frankfort,NY
“The hotel has a "Pet Friendly" policy which translated to two small dogs barking incessantly in the empty room next door. A call to the front desk brought an immediate response from hotel staff and security, and ultimately, the dogs were a non-issue.” Oct 22, 2009 by
John from Moses Lake,WA
“Very warm and friendly. I liked the fire pit located just outside as walk through the lobby out to the outer courtyard. I would recommend this motel for business or a family vacationing in El Paso. The bed was excellent.” Oct 20, 2009 by
Larry from Dublin,GA “Location was excellent for access to airport. Courtesy shuttle was very accommodating. There was no disturbing noises due to the airport. Overall highly recommend.” Jul 18, 2009 by
Scott from San Antonio,TX
“Room was at very back of the hotel. You had to park in a dark, isolated area that was dirty. The first gate didn't work with my card, the second one worked but took you by isolated areas where the light were out.” Apr 20, 2009 by
Brandon from Springfield,OR
“The hotel surpassed my expectations. I was amazed at the quality of the facility. The only complaint I had was that we got in late and wanted some food without having to go out. The hotel bar was supposed to be serving food for another hour and be open for two more. We walked in and were told they were closing in 15 minutes.” Apr 20, 2009 by
Bill from Langhorne,PA
“Comfortable room, easy to get in and out, freindly people.” Apr 6, 2009 by
Joe from Atlantic,IA
“The pool was not kept clean and the heater was broken so it was freezing! The hotel was doing a lot of remodeling so you had to use different entrance points to the lobby each day. But overall it was an ok stay!” Apr 3, 2009 by
Jamil from Galveston,TX “We only stayed one night and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was really big and the bed was amazing.” Mar 5, 2009 by
Chris from Hobbs,NM
“The hotel is going through a moderate upgrade. Thus, there were several construction areas. My room had been partially updated. However, the TV and bathroom area looked like it was almost twenty years old. The rooms were quiet. Yet, I could hear the floor squeaking when someone on the second floor walked by my room.” Feb 23, 2009 by
Laura from San Marcos,TX
“Due to extensive renovation, the hotel environment was disrupted, cluttered, and noisy. Aside from that, however, the restaurant offered only bar food and the wine list read something like a sixth grade dance (California Chardonnay was the name of one selection on the list). Restaurant chairs were metal, carpet was cheap.” Dec 28, 2008 by
Julie from Bedford,TX
“The staff was absolutely wonderful. I did not have a car and they drove me to any restaurant or mall I wanted to go to and picked me up as well. I was greeted by all staff with a hello and how are you. Even the cleaning staff was gracious and courteous. I would stay here again and prefer this site in El Paso over any other hotel.” Aug 13, 2008 by
Guillermo A. from El Paso, TX
“The bed was very nice, the front desk staff was decent, but they need more servers at the bar at night. We waited quite a while after we finished our first round of drinks to be offered anything else. The bathroom for a two room suite was very small and I have had larger bathrooms in smaller hotel rooms. The lobby was very pretty and elegant but the rest of the hotel didn't match up to it. I don't believe it deserved a high star rating. Overall it was a decent stay.” Jul 27, 2008 by
Mike from Clinton, CT
“Hotel is poorly laid out, guestrooms are spread out in several different buildings, my room was smelly, interior was old and dingy looking. My key did not work after my long walk to the room. Pool looked nice.” Feb 22, 2008 by
Jonathan from Clyde, TX
“They were evidentially remodeling this hotel, The Shower faucet in my room was broken, the carpet outside my room was torn up, and it didn't meet my expectations as far as past experience with this hotel.” Feb 16, 2008 by
Gary M. from Shelley, ID
“There are very nice rooms in this hotel. There are average rooms and there is a very bad smoking section. When I got there they automatically put me in a handicapped smoking room in a section of the hotel that is in the middle of renovation. They finally said they would let me in another room which was still one of the rooms that was in a section of the hotel that was being renovated.” Sep 16, 2007 by
Johnny from El Paso, TX
“The first room we were in was full of mold, almost toxic. The second room was a mile from the front desk. I almost fell through a flight of stairs, and not even are you ok from the front desk when I called to tell them they needed to rope off the area. Hilton knew when to sell this place its falling apart.” Aug 13, 2007 by
Lisa from Monroe City, MO
“First time to the area, Friendly environment, felt safe.” Jul 12, 2007 by
Mario from Albuquerque, NM
“I was extremely pleased with my stay; staff was binding over backwards trying to accommodate me. The outside of the building made a great impression on friends visiting. The pool was maintained well, plenty of staff on hand.” Hotel Representatives:
