• Clean, helpful staff, better then expected for the money.
• Hard to drive around in that area. Two miles out of the way to make a u turn.

“The hotel is fine, clean rooms and public areas, staff was find. Traffic in the area is heavy and we drove miles out of the way just to pick up a pizza from across the street.”

• The front desk staff was fabulous!
• Paid internet.

“Rooms were comfortable and clean. They were stocked with Bath & Body Works toiletries. Reading lamps for each bed. Front desk staff very helpful. Very close to the airport. Nice desk space in room including AV hook-ups.”

• Rooms were redone nicely.
• Bathrooms were too small. Lobby and pool areas mighty tired!

• Room smelled horrible (smoky) and bathroom door was broken, cigarette butts all over patio.

“Lived in El Paso for many years; know the Marriott well; was sorely disappointed in the room and the staff. Upon arrival was told they only had a room with 1 king bed (for 3 people!). They stated they were completely booked yet managed to accommodate a party in front of us that needed 4 rooms! (Yes, without reservations!) Only after complaining did they "find" us a room with 2 queen beds. Beds were comfy but the room smelled like a cigarette, the bathroom door had a handle but no locking mechanism or way to keep the door closed and it was splintered in several places. The patio (which was right off the pool) was covered with cigarette butts and smelled horrible as well. Public areas were nice, well kept. Indoor pool/spa area was nice also. Didn't eat there. Good thing it was only for a 2 nights! Stayed down the block at the Radisson and had a much nicer room and stay!”

• Staff was very friendly.
• The room was very small, the bathroom was dirty, the air felt very damp. The room was smelly.

“The hotel lobby is very attractive, but the room was less than acceptable. The bathroom did not look clean, there was a damp smell in the room, the carpet in the room looked dirty.”

• The beds are comfortable, its clean and the noise level is low.
• I think they need to update the bathrooms. The tile is looking old and dingy.

“When I am traveling to El Paso I always stay at this hotel. It is an acceptable place to stay, if sleep is important. The mattress on the beds are comfortable, its moderate clean and the staff is friendly. There are a handful of restaurants around the area and the hotel offers a great breakfast.”

• Most of the personnel was friendly and helpful. Two persons in the restaurant were especially helpful with our elderly mother.
• The quality of the water in the swimming pool was mercy and uninviting. We had selected the hotel for location and quality and this was disappointing.

“Rooms and most areas very clean. Most of the folks were friendly. Very comfortable beds. Pool water was unacceptable.”

• Price for hotel was great.
• Charging for Internet service.

“El Paso is not a great place to visit, but the hotel made the 3 days we stayed with my family enjoyable. Having the pool inside and outside was a great advantage on a hot or cold day.”

• The beds were so comfortable, and I liked the deep tub.

“Our 1 night stay was very comfortable, the room very clean, I loved that the entire hotel was smoke free. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and provided excellent service.”

• Had problems getting into room with one of room cards, no view.

• Complimentary office center was FANTASTIC.
• The stay was excellent- no complaints at all.

“The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but there was no airport noise, the shuttle was available when needed, the food at the hotel was excellent. The desk clerks were very pleasant and even supplied complimentary ear plugs. The room was beautiful, bedding comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.”

• It was clean.
• Inefficient staff, confusion with the front desk, not enough clean towels, air conditioner was less than perfect, not a "Marriott" experience.

“Staff is not well trained, not enough clean towels, not enough people to attend to the clients, not enough information about hotel services, poor restaurant, poor room service.”

• The bed was very comfortable and we got a great night's sleep.

“This was one of the best hotels we have used in El Paso. The staff was efficient and very helpful.The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and I -10 with good restaurants located nearby.”

• Shabby, small rooms, tiny bathroom, very worn looking
