• The staff and room comfort are top notch I travel so much this location, feels like home.
• No microwave in room.

“The staff is so accommodating, no matter who is on shift. They go out of there way to make you feel not only comfortable but like one of the family! Since I am away from my family so much I enjoy the friendliness of that very much! Whats really nice is there friendly without being invasive. I have talked with many of them and ask them if they like working there. Its the only hotel where I get so many, yes answers. That is very important to the attitude towards guests if the employee likes working for the company and it shows here!”

• The Hyatt is always clean, the decor is beautiful and is run by friendly, accomodating staff. The hotel smells wonderful in every area!
• There is nothing I didn't like.

“I have stayed at this and other Hyatt place properties numerous times. All of the properties are extremely clean and well maintained. Each time I have stayed I have enjoyed food from the dining area, which has always been delicious. The Hyatt place all of the appeal of a full service Hyatt at a fraction of the cost. I will certainly stay at this hotel again.”

• I loved the decor. The room was excellent.
• The free breakfast did not offer a large variety.

“I was extremely pleased with this Hyatt hotel. Almost every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The lobby was nice. The room was similar to a small suite. My wife said she wish she could take the hotel's bed home with her.”

• It was just right for what we wanted and needed, pleanty of room for everyone.
• Our room key had to be activated more than once.

“It was in a Good area of the main highway. Not too far from the airport or Ft Bliss. Not too far from most business. Would go back even if I needed to pay a little more.”

• Set up of the room and the breakfast was awesome!
• I didn't like the fact that it calls itself Hyatt at the ariport. It's not at the airport.

• Very convenient to airport and other activities throughout the city.
• The elevators were slow and one of them had something wrong with the 1st floor button.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's convenient to all parts of El Paso. It's right along the freeway and across from a mall. There's a Walgreen's close by and couple of gas stations. It's minutes from the airport. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful/personable.”

• The rooms were clean and comfortable.
• There was no place to put clothes (no chest of drawers).

“Basically a very nice hotel. My kids were thrilled with the HDTV and the pool, though small, was clean and pleasant. The only problem we found was that there were no drawers in the room, so we could not unpack our suitcases for our 3-night stay. This problem could have been remedied with a smaller couch and a chest of drawers.”

• Awesome suites fantastic shuttle to nearby restaurants and shops -renovated and clean; courteous staff.
• I loved everything about this hotel for the price and level of comfort.

“This is a newly renovated 3 star hotel bought by Hyatt place. Great service, continental breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows and marble countertops. Shuttle takes you to many areas, restaurants and shops. Lovely suite awesome for the price. I would rate it a 5 on 5-point scale.”

“All of the staff were extremely kind. The rooms were super nice, the bed was very comfortable. We were traveling with our two small boys and our dog because we were in the process of relocating, they didn't charge a pet fee and they had movies at the pool each night! Best hotel we have ever stayed at!”

“The ladies at the front desk greeted us warmly and even called our previous night's hotel for us because I had left something there. Our room was spacious and clean with a separate sitting area, fridge and work desk. The 42" TV was a welcome surprise. Breakfast was mainly cereal, toast and fruit but it was fresh and attractively presented. This hotel was worth the stop.”

• The free apples. That was a nice touch. Available computers 24/7 and free access to the internet and printer.
• The pool does not open until 10 a.m. That was a huge disappointment. When staying in a city where it's 90 degrees and above, this is crucial !

“No room in box 15 to complete my sentence. Most people like to swim for exercise and like to avoid the swimming pool when there are children present. Common sense would be to open the pool at 6 am for the business traveler or the leisure traveler wanting to use the pool facilities, especially in cities where the temperature is in the 90s. Great hotel, close to the airport, quiet, friendly staff and accommodating housekeepers. Great kitchen area, easy access to breakfast items. Comfortable bed and great working area in the front room.”

• This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Very friendly staff, rooms is extremely nice and perfect location by the mall. Highly recommend.
• There are no disappointments about this place. Though they could add a microwave in the breakfast area.

“I was very happy to have had the opportunity to stay there at the Hyatt. It is quiet, peaceful and the staff even greeted me in the morning by my name. I was really surprised. I felt safe and welcome. The room was nice with a pillow top mattress and feather pillows. I didn't want to go home. I also enjoyed the huge flat screen TV to watch the Lakers game on. It is definitely home away from home. It is also in the perfect place for food and shopping. I highly recommend for a great stay away from home or a nice romantic evening away from others. Loved it! Great comparison to my time share. Thanks.”

• Giant TV, shuttle to local stores, free breakfast, knowledge of area sights.
• Stinky toilet, not pet friendly, manager speaking to me about my arrangements so that every one in breakfast room could hear. I'm private!

“This hotel was a nice surprise with it's check in kiosks, beautiful breakfast area, 24-7 room service and free WiFi. I stayed a second night and relaxed. I like this kind of hotel setup a lot!”

• Bathroom area was very small; sink could only be used by 1 person. In this level of hotel I would have expected more.

“The hotel is very modern. An outdoor pool was available but not a hot tub which we had looked forward to. The morning breakfast was well presented and fresh. This is the second time I have experienced staff that was less than friendly. Once in Minneapolis when we booked a car and now with a hotel. At this hotel we were told we could not get a receipt. I have never had this happen before even though we had to give a credit card for incidentals and then were charged $20 and we never used the phone or charged at restaurant.”

• The high tech friendly setup -laptop friendly, plugging on the Big Screen Awesome.
• A little close to the freeway - noise from traffic very audible.

“First time I stayed at this hotel. Very friendly staff well appointed room with big screen high def TV, free wi-fi, great plugging so the kids could play their games. Nice breakfast service. All around good value. Only cons, smaller rooms and close to freeway so you hear traffic.”

• The rooms were first class and the staff were so accommodating, friendly and efficient.
• There was nothing negative about this place I would definitely stay there again.

“We were so impressed from the time we walked through the front doors until the time we left. The rooms were upscale complete with 42" LCD TV. When we asked for a recommendation for a restaurant not only did we get one they drove us there and picked us up in the hotel Courtesy bus. The complimentary continental breakfast was also delicious and was served on china dishes not Styrofoam disposable type. Excellent value and a terrific experience, we would definitely return.”

• Modern, comfortable, pleasant stay
• The bath tub did not work. The water never went down.

“Nice hotel, modern and well equipped. Bathrooms need to be checked since, I have been there twice and it has been the same problem with the tub.”
