• Loud air conditioner unit.

“The wall air conditioner unit is very loud and woke me up all night. The check in guy was very friendly. Overall we had a good experience with this hotel.”

• I loved the location, central to most locations in El Paso.
• The TV was horrible; colors, reception, notified the lobby unsure what was done.

“The hotel ran out of wash cloths? What kind of hotel does that. Rather than having to ask for more wash cloths, we found it easier just to buy our own and not bother the hotel for more.”

• Right off the 10 freeway.
• There are many La Qunita Inns off the 10 in this area - so you have to know which one you want to stay at!

• Manager at front desk went out of his way to be helpful even though we were checking out.
• In window air conditioner and a little noisy since close to highway.

“For the price we were pleased. The room is a little small. The window air conditioner and nearby highway made it somewhat noisy. However it had coffee pot, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, desk, wireless access and adequate bathroom. Also had a door on the closet which I appreciate. Would stay here again for the price. Staff and manager very friendly/accommodating to needs.”

• It was very clean and spacey, good vanity size in bathroom too.
• It was located next to an "all nude" strip joint, didnt feel too safe.

“Overall, it was a good price for the hotel. It was very clean and very spacey. It had a large desk in the room for business and large vanity in the bathroom. Being that it is a motel and opens directly outdoors, I didnt like that it was next to an "all nude" strip joint. That didnt make me feel very safe.”

• Front desk was very friendly. Good communication between hotels in area. Originally went to wrong location.
• Was right next to a strip club. Was not noisy, but seemed to be the location of a 1 star rather than a 2.

“This hotel is right off the freeway which was a convenient location, but being next to a strip club seemed a little seedy and not exactly a family or preferred environment. Rooms were clean but nothing fancy. I generally don't stay in one or two star hotels so my gage may be a little off, but I would give this hotel a rating of maybe 1.5. Somewhere between economy and moderate. Though the room and service were satisfactory and the free wireless Internet was helpful, I probably would not stay at this location again. Simply a personal preference in higher star ratings.”

“A nice hotel but there was a homeless camp with several homeless persons living in cardboard shacks directly across form my room. There is also a topless (completely nude) bar across the driveway from the hotel.”

• The staff was friendly and professional; the facility was clean, well kept, modern and had a free breakfast.
• There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was great.

“The hotel was just off the interstate making it easy on and off the freeway. If you're a very, very light sleeper, you might hear some freeway traffic noise but we didn't have any problems. The room and facility was clean, modern, and well kept. The price included free Internet service and the complementary continental breakfast was decent and was available very early. The staff was professional and friendly and gave us a good restaurant recommendation. There was a good local Mexican restaurant 2 doors down. Although there was a loud Mexican band playing for awhile, it was a fun non-Mariachi band and the food was good.”

“The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the beds comfortable. The hotel is, however, next to adult entertainment which is not very good for families. Also, the hotel has a need to keep the outside parking lot cleaner and repair some stairs that are deteriorating.”

“The only problem that I encountered was the air quality of my room. It is a very dusty environment in El Paso, and that may have led to the poor room air quality. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding and the breakfast very well supplied.”
