• The heater was in working order.
• The room I had was in a bad spot. I was told to deal with it till tomorrow.

“I had room #110 and it didn't feel safe at all. It's located in an enclosed area of the hotel. It is a perfect place to commit a crime and get away with it! When I brought it to their attention, they told that would have to deal with it till tomorrow. Sound like somewhere you'd like to stay? I know I¿ll be looking for a different hotel the next time I¿m in el Paso.”
