• I stayed only one day.
• They claim the poor condition of the room.

• The convenience to our destination and the price.
• We were awakened with a wake up call 3 days in a row at 6:00 AM which we did not request.

“Overall the hotel was a good price and the accommodations were nice. We had difficulty with the un-asked for 6:00 AM wake up calls that we told them over and over not to do. Also the printer was not available after the manager left at 5:00 PM. The room was clean, comfortable, bathroom was also clean, the sink had difficulty with draining though. They did come in an take care of it; however.”

• Close to the freeway and lot's of restaurants.
• Dirty, old, and dingy.

“Was not the nicest stay but it worked. The sheets were gross and the carpet was disgusting. The breakfast was horrible.”

• Rooms were large and roomy
  and good size bathroom.
• There is only one elevator for the whole place.

“This hotel is quite comfortable. The rooms were a good size. My family of five did not feel cramped in the room. The staff was very friendly.”

• Security was good, close to restaurants.
• Thin walls and a lot of noise from toilet and other rooms showers.

“A lot of construction in the motel, the room next to us alarm clock going off all night the niter person called the room and tried to get in but could not get an answer or get into the room because of the dead bolt, he moved us across the hall at 10:00 pm. You could hear the other rooms showers.”

• Location.
• They could not give me a key that would open my door. I had to call manager every time in and out.

“Hotel was under construction so it was a mess and very inconvenient to not have a key to the room. The staff was pleasant.”

• Convinient location from the I-10.
• Free Internet access was down in the lobby and we were not able to web check in for our flights.

“Very friendly service, slightly dated in some areas, but up to date in many other areas. All doors worked with electric keys to give it a safe feel!”

• Excellent stay for the price. Great location. Great breakfast.
• Front desk staff performance was mediocre. At prime checkout time, it was unattended for a good 15 minutes.

“Great location near good restaurants. Nice pool. Excellent breakfast, with a waffle maker available. Great value.”

• Great Internet hookup, best I have ever encounterred, Breakfast Staff were friendly and competent
• Desk couldn't tell me where to get clothes dry cleaned

“ My kids love the breakfast, there is a good variety of food. The staff is always friendly, one of the staff recognizes me and always makes it a point to say hi and ask how my dog is. Check in and out is always quick and easy. The rooms are clean and the location is good--the better part of the city. I would recommend this hotel and hope I continue to get it.”

• Front desk procedures seem slow. Frequently, I have to wait for even minor service.

“have stayed here a few times now. My only problem with hotel is that the front desk is very small for a hotel this size. Check-in procedures are time-consuming sand seem to take longer than other hotels.”

• The house keeper did a great job for us cleaning our room.
• Right at checkout time, the head housecleaner knocks on the door to make sure we are leaving.

• The location, easy access to I-25, parking lot well lit, area safe, several restaurants close by, friendly staff, great continental breakfast.
• Keeping the price in mind, I have no negative comments. Compared to 5 star resorts I have stayed in the past, I would have a lot to say.

“Great hotel to stay in if you want a really reasonable price. Clean and well maintained. Easy access to I-25, great restaurants within walking distance, safe location, parking lot well lit. Continental breakfast was great. Less than fifteen minutes from Sunland Shopping Center and Juarez, Mexico.”

“Baymont Inn was a very pleasant surprise. It was listed as a 2 star hotel, but I would rate it with many of the 3 star hotels we have stayed in. I will look forward to staying in a Baymont Inn in the future.”

“Everyone was really nice, and courteous. The room was perfect and all our needs were met. They even gave us popcorn at the front which was kind of nice seeing as how we were starving when we got there.”
