• The location was perfect, restaurants within walking distance and also a Walmart Supercenter
• Siknce it was summer, there were a lot of kids in the pool making a lot of noise

“Good value for the money, family & pet friendly. Make sure to ask for a non-smoking room, our first room stank.”

• The Bible in the bedside drawer.
• Bathroom not user friendly, small, no clothes hooks and poor plumbing.

“Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were older with poor plumbing. If you are taller than 6 feet. Be ready to sit during your shower.”

• Close to freeway, and close to dining establishments.
• Was not clean!

“The bathroom was not clean. There was a grime ring in the bathtub and someone else's hair on the floor and in the tub and snot on the shower curtain! Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.”

• Location.
• Outside doors, small, few TV channels, sub-standard for even 2 star.

“This motel should not be even a 2 star. It is old, outside room doors make it less secure, elevators are far from rooms at times and building to building crossovers are concrete outside and very noisy when people are coming in and out. I'll stay elsewhere.”

• Location, spacious rooms. Pool!
• There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.

• Hotel staff was very friendly.
• Mattresses were a bit hard.

“Easy to get to, very affordable, great front desk and security staff. Room was in decent shape, nothing fancy. Mattresses and pillows were a bit hard. Clean room, carpet was clean as well. Cleaning staff did a good job. Continental breakfast was ok, although fruit wasn't always available. Would stay there again.”

• It was clean and comfortably furnished.
• My room was very close to the Interstate and noisy.

“The block of rooms facing the Interstate are not conducive to a restful night. They are less than 100 yards from Interstate 10 and unbelievably noisy all night. I'm sure it would have been much more satisfactory if we were in one of the courtyard side rooms.”

• The staff made it clear verbally and with their actions that they would do what they could to make our stay better.
• The first morning they were out of breakfast; the second morning it was MUCH IMPROVED.

“The staff was helpful. They ran out of breakfast the first morning, but it was greatly improved the second day. If we had only stayed for the one day, my review would NOT be pleasant. What I commend them for, tho', is that they made up for the inconvenience!”

• Great access off the freeway - It has a great ice machine.
• Liners are needed for the trash cans, even though they are plastic

“The hotel is located less than a mile off I-10 and in the west area of El Paso, TX. It is located near a shopping complex with a variety of restaurants nearby. My room was neat in appearance and very quiet. It came equipped with an ironing board and iron. The iron was not locked to the board, which facilitated quick touch-up of clothing.”

• Very clean and well kept. Comfort was what I love about the hotel
• Easier access to rooms, alot of climbing stairs and walk ways

• Good location
• There was this sign next door hanging over the parking lot next door, it looked like it's been damaged for a long time.

“Nice clean room, good size TV, with internet access and great water pressure. The guy at the front desk grabbed a few breakfast items BEFORE breakfast even started which was really nice of him. I call that doing 110%The beds still can use and pillow top like alot of hotels are doing.”

• Free INTERNET SERVICE.!!!!!!

“A typical 2 star hotel, but the night staff that checked me in was very nice and professional. The free internet service is top on my list and the nice continental breakfast was free.”

• Staff gave new -- and potent -- meaning to the word "friendly."
• Location: too far from downtown, Juarez, etc.

• the air conditioner was very noisy & didn't work properly. Our room was facing I-10, so it was noisy.

• Excellent location. Very clean and well managed. The room keepers were very peasant - very welcoming and friendly on the elevator. Great breakfast.

• Well located and was easy to get to.
• Left a package at the front desk and when person came they told her they didn't have it. Not responsible to us.

“The hotel was very clean and was very quiet. It was well located. There wasn't enough parking close to our room. The parking places were tight and we couldn't hardly get our door open. Everyone was within their stripes. It made it hard to get things out of the back doors of the car. Outside of that our stay was great and we will stay there again.”

“Outside corridors were uncomfortable in inclement weather. Had to brave the cold to obtain ice and to access lobby for breakfast. Poor breakfast. Room OK size and clean. Two beds, one with good mattress, second had "hills and valleys."”
