• It was clean and provided basic needs.
• I was there very briefly (less than 24 hours) so cannot evaluate adequately.

• Location! Perfect spot near shopping and restaurants.
• Elevators were slow and one was not working.

“This hotel satisfied every need. The staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. I especially liked the movable, magnified mirror attached to the wall in the bathroom. Pool was OK. Not much to it. Also, even though it looks like the rooms have a balcony to step out onto, there isn't. Room service and the food were great!”

• The hotel was well equipped and appointed.
• Noisy. I was there to sleep.

“Initially, I was pretty excited about my stay. I booked 3 nights in the hotel as I attended a wedding and a few days of sightseeing. The facility has everything you'd want in a hotel. Free internet service, fabulous shower, comfortable bedding, etc. However, my disappointment was in the hotel wedding that took place the night I was there. I called down to the desk at 1:30 AM after being awaken by loud screaming and laughter. I was told that security would be right on it. It continued until 4:00 AM. When I expressed my discontent to the desk clerk, I was told there was a wedding here. I understand, but I paid for a night's rest at a hotel. I was sorely disappointed with the attitude I received.”

• My husband loved the flat screen TV, overall it was by far the nicest hotel we stayed in.
• Places we stayed at before had free continental or full breakfast and this one hotel did not!

“Very nice place to stay! The only negatives we encountered are not having free continental breakfast and the parking especially if there is a function going on in the hotel.”

• The staff was wonderful and the beds are awesome.
• The renovations were still in progress but did not affect our stay.

“I was concerned when we received notification we would be staying here because of the renovations taking place. They are still renovating but it was only noticeable in the lobby area. The rooms were great and the beds wonderful.”

• The pool was closed.

“The room I stayed in was clean and attractive in appearance. The pool was closed during my stay but it wasn't a problem since I was there visiting family. There was construction going on but it couldn't be heard from my room or anywhere else I happened to be (i.e. the hallway, elevator, or lobby). Overall a very nice hotel and I would probably stay there again when all of the construction is finish.”

“The hotel pool was under construction and was not available. The staff failed to let us know when we checked in. When we asked about the pool the staff acted like we were bothering them. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were very clean, newly renovated but the staff was rude. They didn't say good morning, how was your stay or how was your room. Very cold. The customer service is short in supply but the rooms are very nice.”

• They have the best beds in Albuquerque. I have stayed in about 10 locations and I love the Sheraton's beds.
• Remodel was still going on.

“Once remodel is done, I highly recommend. Have stayed here twice and satisfied. Somewhat noisy in mornings due to renovations right now. They completed work early enough in evening that it is not an issue.”

• There was construction on our floor. Room was dirty, carpet had a lot of stains.

“We wanted the hotel room so we could take our daughter to the pool. We noticed the pool was closed for remodel. The room was outdated and dirty. This was the worst stay I have ever had of.”

• It was under about as major a renovation as you can get without closing.

• Major construction, noise, dirt, filth and rude staff.

“This hotel should be avoided at this time. It is undergoing a major remodel and it's current state is beyond poor. Construction workers begin using power tools at 7:00 AM, hotel staff is busy with remodel and do not concern themselves with travelers, the front entrance is closed, the building smells of mold and they have an insect problem.”

• The room was nice and clean, and the staff that cleaned the rooms were very nice.
• The hotel was being repaired and you could not sleep during the day time.

“A short review would not do justice to the overall appearance of the hotel, the rugs were in disrepair, the hallway smelled like smoke, the thermostat did not work, it stayed on one temperature and that was cold.”

• Was not clean, everything was stained and loud.

“I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is undergoing renovation, which we were not told about. The staff is rude and unhelpful and do not seem to care if they are at work or not. We had to call down to the front desk do to noise (slamming doors, dogs barking, kids running around unattended) and this was at 1:00 am! The front desk basically just said deal with it. Not something you want to hear after you have been driving 14 hours straight and just want to go to sleep. The rooms were dirty but very spacious. Carpet was stained and hair was all over the bathroom floor. We do not know if we were sleeping in clean sheets. Overall very bad experience.”

• The pool.
• Under construction, does not have pet rooms, this is bad for allergies.

“The hotel was under construction. the compensation for this was to fill out a card with your name and email for a drawing. Basically another way for the hotel to make money by selling your email address. They allowed pets all through out the hotel and we were to repulsed to eat in their dining area because pets were laying around on the ground.”

• The staff did the best they could to keep me away from construction noise.
• The hotel was under major renovation.

“This hotel had it's prime in about 1980. Very dated, not nice, poor pool, joke of a fitness facility. Drove up to what looked like a war zone. Major renovation ongoing with only 2 floors out of 7 or 8 were open. There were no rooms available that weren't near the construction zone, which started at 7 or 8am. I was not happy to find that I might be awakened by construction workers/noise in the AM.”

• For the price, the hotel was more than I expected. It was great.
• The only thing was renovations were going on, but otherwise, it was nice.

“The hotel was located in a great area, near a mall for my older kids, so that was a plus. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, and lots of room. The pool was nice too. I would definitely stay there again. The staff was so nice, funny and smiley. They made you feel welcome.”

• Convenient, friendly staff, decent pool and hot tub.
• The lobby and common areas are poor due to renovation.

“The room was good sized and decently equipped but the TV and decor are outdated. Room needs a microwave. We stayed in a not yet renovated room that will no doubt be greatly improved. The common areas were definitely not what they will be when renovation is complete.”
