• Convenience, friendliness and service.
• Furniture stained, TV not working well-needs to be replaced.

“Conveniently located and clean. However, the furniture was stained and the TV did not work very well. This motel obviously needs an upgrade. The desk clerk was pleasant and checked with me to see if the room was alright. If it had been an hour later, I would have known about the problems and expressed them. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were better than usual. Overall, not bad for business travel alone. I wouldn't have wanted my wife with me.”

• Close to interstate.
• No indoor pool, no restaurant next door.

“Hotel was a remodel. Still a little shabby. Doors to rooms showed wear at the bottom. Mostly cosmetic issues which are probably still being addressed. Take over from previous chain is just over a year. Staff response to needs was quick and efficient.”

• Convenient location to Sandia, Isleta, and Santa Anna Star Casinos. Easy on/off of I-25.
• Continental breakfast was a little skimpy. No Danish. No orange juice. No milk.

“They made a believer out of me, I do not want to stay at La Quinta again. The continental breakfast was out of many items such as milk, bagels etc which they didn't replenish. Even plastic forks were out.”

• Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke.

“Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very nice breakfast in the mornings. This is a perfect hotel for business travelers who want a healthy quick bite and a good cup of coffee and or juice in the morning.”

• Front desk staff was friendly.
• Housekeeping didn't observe the "Do not disturb" signs in the key slot.

“This hotel is not up to usual La Quinta standards. There is no business center and it is necessary to sign into the wireless internet service twice each day. Housekeeping does not observe the "Do not disturb" sign when placed in the key slot, so don't plan to sleep in. There is another La Quinta just across I-25. Both hotels have the same address, so it's impossible to know which hotel is yours before going to one of them. On the positive side, the complimentary breakfast is good, and the hotel is very close to a number of good restaurants. I wouldn't stay at this La Quinta again by choice.”

• The person at the front desk was very helpful in recommending a good restaurant near by.
• A little out dated, but overall good quality for a 2 1/2 star hotel.

“I was just passing through town for the night and found this hotel to be conveniently located near major highways and restaurants, etc. There was a LaQuinta Inn across the highway that was not as nice. The one I stayed at was had more of a suite atmosphere.”

• Hotel staff could not locate A/V equipment promised for use in the meeting room.

“The staff was happy to accommodate my needs (non-smoking, adjoining rooms and rental of the meeting room and incidentals while using the meeting room). It is very convenient to the highway, eating, shopping and points of interest.”

• Coffee wasn't that great.

“Our stay in the hotel was only an overnight stay and we booked it at the last minute. It was quiet, clean, and had all of the basic needs at our finger tips. Check in and out went very smoothly. There was a pretty good selection in the complementary breakfast bar.”

“The hotel was not as good as the La Quinta up the street (which) we first thought that we were booked at but over served our purpose of an over night stay. Room walls were well constructed (quite) an noise heard was from the hallway.”

“It used to be the Baymont and is located on west side of I-25 on north side of San Antonio Street. Would to be hard to beat for the price.”

• They did not clear the entrance when there was a heavy snow.

• It is easy to find, located right off I 25 freeways.
• It was located too close to me 25 freeways. There was too much road & traffic noise.

“This use to be the bayonet suites. I have stayed there, and have been moderately satisfied. Was greeted by staff, very friendly. Room reminded me of a motel 6. Not very classy at all. Beds were poor to average. I was placed on the east side of the building, and exposed to the freeway. Avoid the east side. There is too much highway traffic (semi trucks engaging their engine brake, etc). There was no breakfast available. I probably wouldn't stay here again.”

“Good place to stay. I would stay there again without hesitation. The continental breakfast was very good and it was close to my daily classroom. The workout room was adequate but small. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and overall areas were clean.”

• I was upgraded to the suite.
• The room was great but the maid missed a few areas and trash in the room.

“When we arrived the lady said we were very lucky as the hotel was sold out and said we would be getting a deal. We received the only suite in the hotel which was great. The rooms were very well decorated and very large. It was supplied with a lot of kitchen items and even had coffee and creamer in the fridge. ”

• The staff took 3 tries to get the right room. We went to a room and had to return to desk because it wasn't the room we needed..

“The stay was quite adequate. The hotel was clean and rooms were quiet. The lobby and breakfast area was clean and neat. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.”

• It was close to the family activities we attended, the zoo, old town, the tram, etc. The kids really enjoyed the pool.
• Not enough eateries really close by. However, we didn't look too very hard.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. I really can't say enough good things about all the staff we came in contact with. Everyone was very friendly and were able to help with every question we had about things to do and the locations of places we wanted to go.”

• Free Wi-Fi decedent continental breakfast.
• No restaurants near by, only the freeway.

“Ok hotel, little older, TV had poor picture, free Wi-Fi and free parking, no restaurants or even fast food nearby, have to jump onto the interstate. Bathroom had some hair on the floor. Not great, but not a bad place to stay. The La Quinta next door is much nicer.”
