• I have stayed there many time and it is beautiful, they have the most comfortable beds.
• There is nothing that I didn't like about the hotel, it is perfect.

“The Nativo Lodge is a wonderful place to stay, I stay there frequently for business as well as pleasure, it is comfortable, private, romantic, relaxing, etc.”

• The hotel staff was friendly and the beds were very comfortable.
• Pool was not heated, floor was wet near air conditioner in room, and single elevator was really slow.

“The hotel's atmosphere is very warm, comfortable, and inviting. The southwestern native decor was beautiful. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself could use some updating. The swimming pool was absolutely FREEZING on the day we stayed so it was difficult to enjoy. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay. A lot better than some of the other hotels in Albuquerque that run for the same price.”

• The room was big and very clean.
• Children were playing in the pool unsupervised.

“Upon check in we were greeted in a friendly manner. We noticed on two occasions that children, approx age 3 years old, were running freely in and out of the elevator and also children under the age of 10 were unsupervised playing in the hot tub and also in the pool. We notified the front desk and he assured us that he would look into the matter. We would have used the pool and hot tub, but because the children were unsupervised, we felt it best not to. We went to breakfast at 10 am, and the restaurant seemed to be closed at that time. Other than these incidents the hotel seemed to be clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Decor and location.
• Dead roaches hallways were hot ice was on other side of hotel.

“Really well decorated with a nice staff. Little touches were noticed. Breakfast was not very good. There is a bar on site. No air conditioning in halls and we didn't have an ice machine, I had to go across to the other side. Bed was great if you like soft ones. We did find dead roaches in our room both mornings, but we figured they had just sprayed. Still not appealing. Great location however we could have stayed somewhere nicer.”

• It had a native american theme that was authentic and enjoyable.
• I have no negative comments about the hotel.

“The Nativo Lodge has a great location near the airport. It has a unique design unlike the other national chain hotels. It is clean and offers excellent accommodations. The staff is very friendly and helpful.”

• Breakfast needs to be included.

“It was a nice hotel. I would be returning again to this hotel in the near future. My family enjoyed their stay.”

• Restaurant and food were a disaster.

“The overall decor of the hotel was pleasing if you like southwest colors, artifacts and music. if you are hungry, don't even consider the hotel's restaurant, they apparently can't read their own menu nor can the chef prepare a simple Mexican dish. Stay here, but don't eat here.”

• The bed.
• Computer fee.

“The desk staff were very nice. However I used the lobby computer for about 5 minutes and was charged $9.00. The bed was real confortable and lots of nice pillows.”

• Beds were extremely comfortable.
• TV did not have connectors for electronics such as gaming systems.

“Overall, a great place to stay. Friendly staff, great location; clean and quiet. Couldn't connect my PS2 to the TV, but this is a minor issue. Food was too expensive. I was sick at the time, staying here made me feel a wee bit better.”

• The bed was very comfortable.

“Hotel personnel were very nice. The bathroom facilities reminded me of Econo Lodge. The "fitness center" consisted of a treadmill and a cross-trainer. The hotel's decor is made of extremely beautiful Indian artifacts.”

• The beds were fabulous, the in/out pool and hot tub!
• Restaurant breakfast.

“Easy to access and get around town from hotel. nice beds, great workout and wet areas,loved the magazines in lobby. Nice staff, Aveda toiletries!”

• Looked nice inside, the pool was clean.
• The restaurant was full with conference people for the night & no iron-board in the room?

“Room was sort of keep clean, the room had scuff marks on the wall so chips of wall-plaster was visible. The room did not have a iron-board, which I asked the front desk, I was told no extras are available, when I checked out the clerk thought I asked if they 'rent-out' iron-boards, um, well I guess my family and I don't fit in with the 3-Star guest. As you can see I am not happy with our stay. Thank you but no thank you.”

• Bathroom could be a little more updated. Also the TV. And cable system upgraded.

• Beautiful.
• The towels are not on par with this hotel.

“When I come back to this area for any reason, I will stay at this hotel! Beautiful lobby, very nice rooms with Navajo print carpeting, good bathing products, great indoor/outdoor pool and friendly staff. This hotel is conveniently located off the freeway and near many restaurants.”

• Slow elevator, lighting in room inadequate and prefer fluorescent.

“Clean, easy to get to from i25, pleasant staff and surroundings. Lighting was a bit dim in rooms. Breakfast buffet adequate but not outstanding.”

• Beautifully decorated, very unique, reflects native American culture. Very colorful!
• A bit dark, little natural light inside the lobby. Needs skylights.

“Great location, blocks from 1-25, easy and safe access. Beautifully decorated with great color reflects native American culture. Was nice and quite and relaxing. We had breakfast buffet and it was delicious. Other than the lobby lacking natural sunlight and being a little on the dark side we thought it was a very nice hotel for the money. Staff was pleasant and friendly. We would recommend and will stay there again.”

• Room assigned was over front parking lot & main road, thus noisy.

“The hotel deserves its 3 star rating, but if I stay there again, I would insist on a room at the rear.”

• Nice place for the price. I think we got the price due to renovations being done. Breakfast was great.
• Renovations caused there to be no pool and the lobby was a work in progress but not bad.

“Overall great. We were understanding of the work of renovation in progress and were pleased with the rate. I can see this being a real nice hotel after they get finished. Glad we were able to stay there.”

• Even under remodeling, the decor was wonderfully southwest.
• The staff seemed uninformed

“The appearance of the hotel is elegantly southwest. One can overlook ongoing remodeling because it doesn't inconvenience guests. The staff are friendly; the rooms are large, clean with a western exposure ideal for New Mexico sunset viewing. The onsite provision of breakfast & the location is convenient for other fine dining. Although conveniently located near Interstate 25, the building is well-insulated and provides quiet sleeping conditions. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Hotel is worn and out-dated. Room amenities are sub-par, bed is uncomfortable, lamp shades were broken. Not worth the money compared to other hotels I've stayed at for similar cost.”

“The Wyndam is an excellent hotel, in general. It was very clean, the room was nice. I was impressed that a hot breakfast was included for the price (although the staff was not too swift about keeping the food containers filled). I did not use many of the amenities, but the staff was courteous.”

“Carpeting in room was dirty and worn. Lamps were tattered and bulbs were burned out in the vanity area. Furniture was very worn. Certainly needed updated in the portion of the hotel that we stayed in. Also they could extend the pool and spa times for late arrival customers wanting to relax after their arrival.”
