• Very clean friendly service and excellent complimentary breakfast with many things to choose from.
• Beds could be a little more comfy but I have slept on much worse other places and let's face it it's not like home but very nice.

• I only got sick once eating the free breakfast. Keeping it down was tricky.
• Cockroaches. Bedbug are plentiful in the rooms.

“Poor service. Disgusting cleanliness. I crushed several cockroaches and got multiple bed bug bites. Staff refused to give me another room, despite vacancy. I was locked out of a room for 12 hours and couldn't access my clothes, because they had fumigated the room with my clothes exposed to the toxins. Don't be fooled by claim of free breakfast. Food is mostly frozen and microwavable. Coffee tastes like the grounds were used over and over. Avoid this property at all costs.”

• We have stayed before and always been happy with staff and accommodations.
• Front entrance a little hard to find of the main street.

“Staff was friendly and accommodating, parking was easy, rooms very clean and beds comfortable. It is close to a freeway, but you would never know it. Rooms were quiet. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

• The area it was in.
• I had left my running shoes there and it was never turned in.

“I had a good stay until I discovered that I had left my running shoes there and I called back the next afternoon when I was 6 hrs away, the employee that cleaned the room didn't have the respect to turn them in.”

• The hotel was clean.
• The sink was stopped up.

“When we got to our room, the sink was stopped up, we called the front desk, they were going to send maintenance, nobody came to fix it, there were four of us in the room, not a good morning trying to get dressed. ”

• The beds were comfortable. The cont breakfast had a good selection.
• The water line break- wet floors, Power outage. Not enough tables at breakfast.

“The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The lobby was clean. Staff were friendly. There is a sign that says to leave your towels in the room, there were pool towels located at the pool. I took my kids swimming, there were no towels. The walk from the pool- then outside to access the entrance into the hotel was cold to say the least. The last night of our stay, there was a water main break in the ceiling just outside the room at 2am. They didn't call to warn us or try to relocate us. The floors in the room and hall were wet. My luggage and the socks I was wearing were soaked. I had to listen to water spashing and workers talking and laughing loudly instead of sleeping. At 8am my AC/heater was off- smelled like it was burning. 20 minutes later the power went off. I was glad I was checking out. ”

• Very friendly, the breakfast was awesome!!! it did not run out.
• All was good.

• The breakfast.
• I took offense the book of Mormon was in the nightstand-it is a cult.

“I knowingly would never stay at any Marriott hotel because of their corporate philosophy of using the chain to promote Mormonism.”

• can't really think of anything I didn't like.

• Excellent bedding clean room and good breakfast.
• A little hard to get to from east bound I-40.

“Nice, clean, room with excellent bedding. Great complimentary continental breakfast. Staff was helpful in recommending good dining choices.”

• Loved the continental breakfast. Love that each room leads to the outside. Love the pool or fitness center or sauna.
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“If I could stay here each time I travel to ABQ. I would. It has the best of everything. I love working out. It has the greatest fitness center, pool and one of the few places with a sauna. Has great channel selection, the sheets and the beds are fantastic. I always hope for the Fairfield and when I get it, I feel like I won a prize because it is my most favorite place ever.”
