• Quiet, convenient, very comfortable and shuttle service is great.
• Water temperature in tub / shower was not hot enough.

• Although I think there were a number of people there, it was very quiet.
• It was difficult/expensive to get into town since I didn't have a car.

“The hotel was attractive, spacious and well designed. My room was very large, with a desk for working and a small table for eating snacks. There was a refrigerator and a wet bar. I loved the various media hookups so I could watch my Balloon Fiesta pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable and the wash basin on the outside of the bathroom made it very useful for early morning, rapid getaways. All in all, a great hotel!”

• Contemporary decor.
• Room was dirty. Hair on pillow, hair in bathroom, bug.

• Checked in at midnight and had to wait quite a while for staff to show up and check me in.

• The staff was amazing and truly understood hospitality!
• The South side of the hotel has a view of the airport. The North side has a lovely view of ABQ.

“The living area and large TV made this a most comfortable place to stay. We were there for 4 days and it was nice to have the extra space. The beds are very comfortable and the furnishings are new. The lobby is set up well with multiple small conversation areas.”

• I like how convenient it is to check in, check out, and the space in the rooms.
• Wish there was a warm food breakfast buffett.

“Great price, clean and large rooms. I love the couches in the entry room and the large, comfortable bed. The TV is huge, and it's great to wake up to HD TV in the morning. The hotel staff is friendly; the location near the airport is extremely convenient. Park in the back of the hotel, as that entrance is always open and you are just as close to your rooms as going through the front. Just save my spot.”

• The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful.
• Although the location of the hotel was good, it was difficult to actually get there from the highway.

“Overall, this was a very good hotel. The room was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was better than at many other hotels. Although the hotel is in a very good location with the airport about 5 minutes away, it is actually quite tricky to get to the entrance as there is no direct route to there from the highway.”

• The room was large and nicely decorated, my 8 year old son liked the big plasma TV.
• There was a dead bug on the floor, otherwise room was clean.

• I enjoyed that the room was large in size and it offered many amenities.
• I would have preferred an indoor pool opposed to the outdoor pool that the hotel was equipped with.

“My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. My family and I enjoyed watching the football game on a 42 inch flat panel TV lounging on a large comfortable sofa. We were also able to keep our beverages nice and cool with the convenience of a refrigerator. Overall, I was very content with the accommodations this room offered and would definitely stay there again.”

• Shower was cramped, could use curved shower rods.

“Nice standard Hyatt place with all amenities you'd expect. Great if you're flying out of ABQ. Drive to Old town is 20 min and Santa Fe is 1 hour. Loved it for the price.”

• One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, very top notch.
• Was a little confused in the actual entry to the hotel.

“My wife was very impressed with the hotel. The room was very large and comfortable had a 42' LCD high definition TV, the breakfast was also very nice.”

• Liked the space, TV, sectional couch, contemporary look of the hotel.
• It seemed as if the number of staff was low. Took 10 minutes to get desert out of a fridge.

“The hotel was fabulous. I was absolutely impressed by the hotel! It was a brand new hotel we stayed at. The downside was the staff personnel that was helping us with a desert order took our order and then proceeded to help other customers first before finishing our order. It took 10 minutes to get us food that should have taken seconds.”

• Prompt, courteous shuttle service to and from airport.
• Had a bit of difficulty with setting the alarm - probably am digitally challenged so I used my cellular phone alarm instead.

• TV did not work - may have been a loose wire - desk person could not really help.

“Beautiful. Pleasant staff. Room was great! Somewhat hard to drive to the first time. Need to state very specific directions when people ask -such as, turn left onto Sunport BLVD and get into right lane. Go straight to first left which is Woodard. Continue specifically until guest is at drive of hotel.”

“The staff was most helpful in providing directions to and from several different venues. Additionally, the staff provided detailed maps via map quest for driving directions. Courteous transportation to and from airport was prompt. The hotel appears to be in mint condition, and the room was most spacious and user friendly for computer access as well as the large screen flat TV.”

• Hotel very hard to find. Got lost twice trying to find it.

“Very nice hotel for the price. Brand new with lots of up to date extras. Great for business travelers but ok for families too. 42" flat screens in all the rooms nice color scheme and a pleasant smell throughout. Overall we were very pleased.”

• The people were great and the huge plasma TV was really neat! Very comfortable and clean!
• There is nothing I didn't like about it.

“The parking areas and access doors were very convenient, but some of the doors were difficult to open (had to push very hard). Overall, I would rate this the best motel experience I have ever had. Under the circumstances, I enjoyed my stay. (My husband is in the hospital in ALB and in very bad shape.) I hope that I can stay here again on my next visit.”

• Very nicely furnished room.
• Staff was a little too efficient at shutting down breakfast at 0930.

“It was a little difficult finding the entrance at 2:00 AM after our flight delays. It took 3 drives past the hotel. Once we were checked in we were very pleased with the room. Staff seemed eager to clear out the complimentary breakfast cereals in the morning in order to push the breakfasts for which there is a charge. Overall, it was good value for the price.”

• The hotel provided everything you expect, but does a little to make it more than just what you require.
• It would be difficult to think of a more impractical location for this hotel.
