• Friendliness of staff.
• One phone (the obvious one on the table) did not work.

“It is a good motel, and I would stay there again. Fairly convenient to my visit with my son in his apartment on the west side.”

“Our room was on the 5th floor. There was no operating ice machine until the first floor. Overall the hotel is showing its age. Mattress was not firm enough for my taste. Staff was courteous and responsive. Breakfast was very good.”

• They gave my little dog a bone. It was very sweet.
• We had to call 4 times about the people above us jumping on the floor.

“The hotel was great with the exception of the 4 calls we had to make about the folks upstairs running and jumping. We heard the noise for several hours that night. The staff finally asked to move us. However, we did not feel we were the ones that should be inconvenienced by a move.”

• The location, staff and environment were great.

“From the time we entered to the time we left, we enjoyed the stay. The staff was always helpful. We needed access to the internet this trip and, since we didn't bring our laptop this time, we were very happy to find the e-room available.”

• It is convenient when traveling I40, and the room are large and clean.
• It is very close to I40 and the rooms on the highway side are a little noisy.

“The Hotel is convenient to the highway, in fact it is so close it is a little noisy from the highway. The people were friendly and helpful. They told us about road construction problems and told us how to avoid them.”
