• Awesome staff.
• Lock on room broke and had to be moved to another room.

• Nothing.
• I stay at Super 8 again I wont be able to trust them.

“It was nasty dirty, the dresser had thick dust and drips that looked like milk down the front of it. It was furniture from the 70s and it stunk from the smoke and we asked for a smoke free room, we only stayed one night. I won't stay at another Super8 again.”

• It was on the way to where we were going.
• It was dirty and poorly maintained. Electrical systems were faulty and dangerous.

“This is one of the worst hotels we ever stayed in, even at this price.”

• Hotel clerk was very friendly and very helpful.
• Tied up $70.00 for days, on my debit card after paying cash for room.

“Hotel room was better than expected and clerk pointed out additional discounts I was unaware of. Hotel is very biker friendly. I will definitely use again, and will recommend to others.”

• Not a thing.
• It had roaches.

“It was extremly dirty, my room had roaches and when i reported it to management, I was told they found none so therfore my statement could not be true.”

• Old hall carpets, railing off, no elevator, no pool or exercise available, no food except smoky old steakhouse next door.

“I depend on good Internet service to conduct my business. I stayed here 3 days and had a total of 30 minutes of Internet service. I will not stay here again.”

“I booked into the wrong hotel, as I was expecting one near the Interstate, and was not aware that Las Cruces had 2 Super 8s until it was too late. ”

• The hotel staff was friendly and courteous..
• The room was not clean. There was stuff left in corners of the floor, and that recliner was gross.

“I've stayed in this echelon of hotels before, and I've seen much nicer rooms. For the price ($50) it was a rip-off. On my way into the city, I saw similar hotels that advertised lower prices. Smoking and non-smoking rooms were on the same floor and the corridor was filled with the smell of cigarettes. The fridge and microwave in the room was a nice convenience, however.”
