• The staff was very heplful and friendly.
• Everything was fine. No complaints.

“The rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to many eateries. Parking was ample. The staff was fast, friendy and helpful. Would stay here again, without hesitation.”

• The restaurant was outstanding. Normally, I do not like hotel restaurants, but this ranks an A+!
• The area code had been changed some time ago and no room info provided the new code. I missed two calls as a result.

“This is a solid hotel choice with good amenities, a good staff, and an outstanding restaurant [surprise, surprise!]In fact, I think it may will be the best choice in town. That is a pity as I'm sure many are like me and would not think of eating at a hotel restaurant.”

• Attractive lobby area, ammenities and friendly staff.
• Disappointed in the room. Needs updating and renewal.

“My stay was short so I did not get a full tour but the hotel lobby seemed impressive with shops and indoor pool. Did not try food but was rated highly. Good location near other restaurants and highway 10. Friendly front desk staff and security guard. Was not overly impressed with the room. Needs remodel and update.”

• Public areas were fantastic-felt like we were in Old Mexico or Spain.
• Wish they had a hot tub.

• Easy to find, located close to city and shopping centers. Staff was very polite and friendly.
• Parking lot was not very well light at night.

“Over all this was a very good place to stay. At first, from the pictures, I was a little nervous about booking at this hotel. I would stay there again.”

• The water pressure and shower head was fantastic.
• I did not get the room type that I supposedly booked with you all. I was supposed to get a king but got two doubles.

• Decor Spanish look.
• Rug in the room was dirty.

“I was very skeptic before checking in, but the hotel was attractive, public spaces were clean, breakfast was good. The only complaint I had was that the rug in the room was dirty. I just left my shoes or slippers on.”

“They were all horrible, so I really was worried about my stay. However, I found this hotel to be fairly nice and the staff was friendly. I would stay at this location again.”

• Location.
• The room (231) had a smoke odor. I had to retrieve a can of deodorizer from the front desk, which helped cover the smell.

“Very good, with the exception of the smoke smell in room 231. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast & coffee in the morning was excellent.”

• I liked having an indoor pool.
• I didn't like the noise level.

“I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay with young children. The indoor pool is nice since you don't have to worry about the weather, sunscreen, etc. The hotel staff is friendly without being intrusive. It is an older building so there are the related odors, but they seemed to have updated the rooms. It is located near the university, but about ten minutes from shopping areas and the majority of restaurants. All in all, we enjoyed our visit.”

• The ambiance, pool, etc was beautiful... which my husband could have joined me.
• Cantina/bar in restaurant is closed and apparently has been for years.

“Door handle broken,Tub faucet broken, Room service trays were left in the hall for over 30 hours. Only dial-up internet.”
