• Great location and the suites were all very nice. Ample parking all day.
• Stayed here for the TC World Series so it was hot and rooms had no AC.

“We stayed at the Rockies during the Triple Crown World Series with about 10 other families. All rooms were nice, some were unbelievable. They are privately owned so you will never know exactly what quality room you will get. The pool and spa area is simply average and the hours of operation could be longer. There was always more than enough parking even during the World Series. The cleaning crew didn't seem to do that much but overall the rooms were excellent, the location is great and I highly recommend the Rockies.”

• It seemed nice and clean, and the location for being out of the downtown part was nice.
• The bed were uncomfortable and there was no air conditioning.

“Overall, we liked the hotel. It was clean and pleasant location. It would have been nice if the hot tub and pool were open longer hours.”

• The location is great.
• The place smelled bad and needs serious updating!

“The location is great, and the shuttle to the slopes ran very efficiently. The condo smelled bad, and had very 70's decor (not in a good way). But, it was the only condo that accepts only 2 nights stay, so in a pinch it will do.”

• Some unit a bit shabby (Not the property managers fault)

“Great Ski Condo, Good location to the ski area and shopping center. A bit far from Old Town Steamboat.Rooms are owner owned-property mangement company maintained. Meaning the owners give the property management company the rights to lease the condos. Most are in good condition and well kept up. The property management has some units that the owners do not put much effort into them and they show that effort. The property staff are very good and the ski transport drivers excellent for advice and getting you to where you want to be.”
