• The condo was spacious and relaxing with a great view.
• There was some construction going on near by.

“When we checked in, they upgraded our accommodations to a 3 bedroom for the same price as a 2 bedroom. This was unexpected but very welcomed. Our children are getting older and everyone got their own space and privacy. The condo was within walking distance to downtown Aspen. Very safe and friendly atmosphere.”

• Fireplace with wood provided, one bedroom condo style was nice.
• The bed was not very good; staff did not know aspen well.

• I liked having a luxury suite.
• Getting older, windows did not close all the way.

• The Gant is a beautiful and family friendly property within a couple of blocks of Aspen's hotspots and Aspen Mountain.
• For summer. There is no air conditioning and only 1 ceiling fan in the 2 bedroom condo-style property. No ventilation.

“Property is beautifully landscaped; located 5 minutes from the center of Aspen or the Aspen Mountain Lift. The condo-style 2 bedroom, 2 baths was arranged for privacy and would comfortably sleep 6 people. Kitchen had stainless appliances and was fully equipped. Beware that in the summertime it can get warm in the condos as there is no air conditioning and not equipped with ceiling fans or good ventilation.”

• The condo was beautifully decorated.
• Construction in public areas.

“The Gant condo that we occupied was a fantastic experience. I would have loved to have lived there or at least a wish I had been able to stay for a week.”

• Location was excellent.
• There were too many workmen around .this made me nervous.

“Great hotel, I thought the price was high given the star level, however, it was actually a condo, so I felt that the price was okay for the accommodations. The grounds were a bit torn up with construction projects and lots of workmen were around. I saw more workmen than guests.”

• The rooms were equipped with everything we needed, cork screw, glasses, etc..
• There did not seem to be enough parking spaces.

“We attended a destination wedding and compared our room with other guests staying in other hotels and thought we had the best deal. We loved the fireplace and well stocked kitchen. There was a surprise amenity charge of $10.00 for things we did not plan to use. However, we would certainly return to the Gant again. It would be our first choice.”

• The staff was very accommodating and helpful with information about the area (Aspen, CO).
• When it was check out time, it was check out time!

“This "hotel" was quite a nice condo actually. We were pleasantly surprised with the space we had and only wish we could have utilized it and the other amenities at the Gant a bit more!”

• Beautiful alpine setting, w/ quakiest rustling! wonderful pool & spa right outside our back door! Condo setting - all the amenities!
• No such animal!

• The Gant has a great rooms and a great staff.
• There are no air conditioners in the rooms. It is usually cool enough for this not to be an issue.

“The Gant is a well cared for facility and the staff aims to please. They are within walking distance to most of the desired attractions and have excellent van service.”

• Beautiful setting by the mountains-roomy and beautiful furnishings.
• It was hard to find.

“We enjoyed staying there, but would have liked to have time to enjoy the surroundings.”
