• It was close to my relative's house there, and the slopes.
• The customer service, not very professional; one bad experience.

“Wasn't there long enough (mostly just there to crash), to really know what the food or other amenities were like. Spent all my time at my relative's house in Steamboat.”

• Room was comfortable, bed was very comfy.
• Not really close to downtown.

• Great breakfast, nice rooms, refrigerator a nice addition, nice size rooms clean.
• Front desk staff not totally attentive.

• Nothing.
• Staff attitudes, if you work in the tourist industry don't ask like youre annoyed by tourist.

“They originally would not give us a late checkout because they had a lot of workers staying there the next day. Then said we could have one for and extra dollars. House keeping through away my fiance's swag bag with her bib number, t-shirt, and other items it. Had to go through the dumpster to get it back.”

• Clean.
• Weird lobby. Could not find lobby from outside.

“Cont. breakfast was okay. Not great, but not bad either. Very clean hotel. Difficult to find the main lobby once we pulled in. Good experience, no bad surprises.”

• I was pleasantly surprised by the indoor hot tub & pool. We had planned to go to the heated, outdoor pool & natural spring so we will try it next time.
• Parking was a little space, but we were able to park in one of the 6 front spots each time.

“We were in Steamboat to ski so we didn't spend allot of time in the hotel. The hot tub is a nice amenity for sore muscles from skiing. The continental breakfast was loaded with hot food including eggs, sausage gravy. Some biscuits for the gravy would have been nice. The beds slept nice. They had lots of big pillows.”
