• Best customer service I have ever had in a hotel.
• None.

“We were moving from Washington State to Oklahoma when the worst case scenario happened. Our vehicle broke down and we had to get rid of it. We were stuck in Billings for three days. The staff was more than happy to help us in any way that they could from the use of their shuttle to pick up stuff at the store to car shopping while we were there. The pool was clean, as well as the lobby. The breakfast was a lifesaver. We were on a bit of a tight budget with moving and all, so not having to go buy that was a major plus. As far as the staff, there is no way that my family or myself could thank them enough for their help and kindness while we were there. We will definitely be staying at this hotel next time we are in billings. As far as the kindness of the staff, I don't feel that we were an isolated incident as we overheard them talking to other guests on the phone and in person and they were very pleasant and very accommodating.”
